Good location, very quirky little hotel with the staff bending over backwards to facilitate the stay.

We didn't have hot water in the morning, that is the only thing that could have been better

Very convenient location. The instructions sent by the hotel to access the key out of hours were spot on. Nice spacious room. Very comfy bed, slept beautifully.

Smokers smelled up the common areas. Some exterior doors did not lock. Payment process was not made clear. We never saw staff.

Friendly staff The Old charm of the hotel, and the rooms were very modern decorateur with perfect beds and bed lining . The mini bar with tea.

the staff is friendly, they offered breakfast, they brought me to the room, the room turned out to be spacious, the windows were wonderful, the shower, slippers. Breakfast is good, breakfast waiter is attentive.

No food or drink. No-one to welcome you. A grumpy old man opened the kitchen door and was very unfriendly - on Christmas Day!!! They promised breakfast but there was nothing at all - door to restaurant and kitchen locked and they clearly didnt care about guests

338 euros for 2 nights for 1 person in a small room, with a small bathroom, without breakfast that is not oké. The bathroom was rather small and after showering the bathroom looked more like a swimming pool.

Excellent location to stay for work trip , quiet place , nice decorated and very clean room and very comfortable bed. Staff is very friendly and helpfull . Good selection of refreshments , they have many varieties for breakfast with very good coffee. The dinner is amazing . I enjoy my stay , thank you !!!

It took us almost 1 hour to get into the hotel upon arrival. We marked a late arrival in advance. I also pointed I speak english. A german note with incomprehensible instructions for a non german speaker was sent hours before arrival. I managed to find a key in the lockbox, but we had to wake up guests to help us get in. The emergency number the hotel provided to call in need of assistance was not reachable. We heard the phone ring inside, but nobody took it. what is the point of providing an emergency number if one doesn’t plan to pick up. The experience of arriving late and then having to puzzle our way was very bad. And in the morning this message was poorly received nor understood by the staff.

No elevator so no one with mobility issues can stay there! Staff did not speak English.

Very comfy clean room. Quiet place with off street parking for a few cars.

The stairs to the room was not safe, part of hand rail was broken. We did not feel welcome and the staff were not friendly.

We got a big room for three people. Bakery and supermarket was very close
