Although food was decent, the dinner menu was very limited. During our visit, it It was very warm, and the room was very stuffy even with a window open at night. A fan in the room would have helped.

The perfect location for a visit to Bamberg and Nuremberg. Decent restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner.

Very low flexibility to re-arrange the booking...almost no way to change dates even if the request to change is raised 1 month before (and not talking about cancellation only e.g. postponement)

During check in there was one waiter running busy, so he just gave us key. Sadly he didnt speak any english so we couldn't ask about anything. Shower doors were not closing properly, so we flooded all bathroom and room. We have asked few questions about staying with pet via booking but noone ever responded us

The flat was quite dusty and seemed smaller than on the photos . We were not told it would be self check in and were not provided with the necessary information, but this was solved easily and quickly . I found the additional cost for a baby bed unreasonable

Smelly threadbare towels!

Great location and easy to find. Room very basic but very comfortable nonetheless. Lovely firm bed. Slept well (especially as we brought our own fan to keep us cool as it was a warm night!) Fantastic shower. Very clean. Hot food and a wide variety of drinks available onsite. A good stop off for a night and very close to the motorway. Would definitely stay here again

The only thing that was a minus were super big pillows, would appreciate a bit smaller ones.

Nice location, great garden, play area for kids, little bunnies and even bicycles and cars for kids, specially perfect for children. Rooms were nice, everything new. Breakfast also good.

During breakfast, toast was provided only upon request. After making the request, two slices of toasts were handed to me BY HAND from the staff. Not on a plate or paper napkins, but bare hands.

It was dirty under the bad It was very noisy because at night some kind of boiler or some heating switched on every 5 mins which had a very loud, disturbing noise, could not fall asleep

The property is in a nice location. Nice clean room with a nice bathroom. The breakfast was very good and there was a great choice. Staff is nice and friendly. Also recomended when travelling with a dog.
