Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe rooms could be cleaner and it was a pity there was no ventilator while it was an extremely warm day.
The location is nice and quiet, while the city center of Bamberg is nearby. It is a nice hike through a nice green environment..you can nicely bicycle too. The staff is nice and the rooms are spacious. The child liked the big garden with playyard very much. I am sure the beer garden and restaurant is good too, but I had not the oppertunitity to go there. The breakfast was fine as well.

United KingdomThe hotel is situated outside Bamberg and you need to use your own transport if you want to visit this beautiful City. There is a shuttle bus but not frequent. A personal dislike for fish tanks (especially when one looked dead!) when I'm eating and I suppose I could have asked to move tables but it was all set out.
Our room was in modern accommodation outside the main building but that was fine for us. The room had a table and seating area inside and outside on our own patio, which was secluded from those on either side. Breakfast was inside the inn. There was plenty available and the owner ensured that we never ran out of anything. The area where the hotel was, was quiet at night.
