No kettle, no tea is ne bottle of water in the room that you have to pay for. Not quite welcoming.

Unfortunately there is no fridge in the room. Also parking is not properly arranged, despite comparably high price. We booked two parking spots and provided the plate numbers in advance, so that I was expecting a designated spot for each car. But we were told that you can park in the parking area, wherever you find a free spot. And once we arrived late, and all the spots were already taken. So we had to park in the personnel section.

Didn't get informed beforehand that the reception was closed and would need to go across the street to checkin at Rügen Hotel. Got an email in advance pestering me as a single person about booking for a meal but not about the reception saga which would have been far more helpful. The wardrobe clothes hangers very difficult to reach if you are short. Bad design!

Mostly the location — it's just 3 minutes from the main railway station and the main bus station. There's also another bus stop nearby. The hotel faces the sea, and there are great food options close by.

I liked the breakfast and the comfy stay near the Port added value. Somehow could not get an accomodation on upper floor for scenic view but still it was a great stay.Thanks Team Kurhotel

It would be comfortable to have some separate waste collectors somewhere nearby, I was not sure where to put some waste that I had.

It's hard to say that there was something I didn't like. Everything was great, no surprises. The only thing was that the Wi-Fi wasn't that fast on the first day, but that's not critical.

I liked the hotel itself - the room was large and comfortable, one window overlooked the sea, the other the nearest street. Huge bathroom with everything you need. In principle, the room is very spacious, it was comfortable and cozy. There are various restaurants and shops nearby. Convenient parking for hotel visitors. There is a descent to the pier nearby, you can walk along the sea, or you can walk to picturesque places in the forest near the sea (20 minutes walk).

The hotel carpark should be free to paying customers or added to the room tariff when initially booking, sending an email after you have booked and paid informing you that parking is available if you reserve a space now "we can offer you the parking space today for €14.50 euros per night - instead of €20.00 euros if you reserve a space now is quite simply ridiculous, especially when you arrive to find 2 huge carparks virtually empty. The vast majority of hotels offer free parking to customers as standard practice and is in my opinion the best way to be, having said that we did park on the street and at the back of the hotel near the loading bay but there are very few spaces. Summertime would be very different as Sassnitz is a very busy holiday destination so parking could be a struggle.

Check in was very fast and efficient, it's what you need if you have been travelling all day, Staff at the hotel were very professional and friendly, we were going to extend our stay but unfortunately had to travel home due to previous commitments. The hotel facilities are very good and extremely clean. (spotless!) the breakfast was made up of very high quality products and we could not fault it. There was a small issue that was quickly resolved, initially talked to the lovely receptionist who then called the hotel managers who responded quickly and were very professional and courteous. I will say that there's a certain percentage of working personnel staying at the hotel who service the local windfarms and associated industries, they are usually out of the hotel very early in the morning and return early evening after their shifts, they also have the odd weather day where they are in the hotel standing by due to adverse weather conditions offshore. I am used to this as I work offshore too so it doesn't bother me, this doesn't take anything away from the great service and hotel facilities, most hotels in the area do have a percentage of working personnel staying as Sassnitz/Mukran is after all a busy sea port.

-Was quite pricy for what we got - the room is quite small -the spa is in another building and quite old - there is a renovation going in the corridor and some rooms -extra charges ( e.g on one side of the bottle there was “willkommen” , on the other side was the price)

Room was not sound isolated (through the gap under the door came a lot of noise one night, but as our room was close to lounge, I guess it is not a problem in other parts of the hotel). So it would be good to fix sound isolation for rooms that are close to the central staircase and the lounge/breakfast room.

Perfect location, home atmosphere. Breakfast is organized in such a way that you are greeted at entrance and guided to the table, the coordinator covers the table with fresh white tablecloth and brings a kettle with coffee. You even have a perfect choice of excellent tea. Pastries are very tasty.
