This was my 5th visit and this place consistently delivers. Fantastic spa/wellness, fantastic kitchen, fantastic personnel, fantastic place overall. This wasn’t my last visit for sure.

This was our 3rd visit. Quality is consistently high. No real complains. Room is ok, but we only sleep there. Fantastic spa, very good bar and breakfast, fantastic dinner, reasonable prices for drinks. We will come back for sure.

This resort is one of the most magical places I have seen. We got an upgrade for a best available room and was seriously blown away by it. The food was tremendous. Best wellness I have ever experienced. We felt special during our stay and hope to return soon!

GermanyI was told at check out that they would not give me an invoice because I paid through booking.com. I explained this is not normal, however I was told this is the way it works. Big surprise, I found out after returning that booking.com does not give you an invoice after all. Basically, the place was great, however the attitude from some of the staff especially at the end was extremely disappointing. I even recently attempted to reached out over Booking.com again and never received any response.
I enjoyed the accommodations, The room was fantastic and the food was good. Room was clean and the locations was very nice. The spa area was great.

My second visit in few months. Let me separate the review. Room: We had a standard double, nothing exceptional, but fine considering that you won’t spend too much time in the room. At least we did not. The only thing I would really improve is bed, soft for me and not very comfortable. But nothing crazy, just not great. Very good soundproofing, could not hear anything from other rooms. Spa: fantastic, not feeling overcrowded even with busy hotel. Love this place and it is worth every cent. Food: fantastic local breakfast, loved it. Really good 7 course dinner every evening. Quality is very high, service really friendly. I even think that dinner is better comparing to last visit in October. Reasonable drink prices, no complains.

GreeceYou may laugh, but sleepers were small for my feet.
Area where the Hotel is located is very quiet. Parking is undergroud. Arriving a guy at the reception was very helpfull and showed me the facilities of the hotel. Room was spacious with all the amenities. SPA was amazing. Clean, full of different degrees saunas and steam bath. Indoor/outdoor pool was huge with hot water and whirlpool. I appreciate the fact that pool is opening 6:30 am just before breakfast. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, full of variety and high quality products. I will visit this hotel again

Germanyfirst of all you are not allowed have a drink anywhere in the hotel, except for the restaurant. and restaurant is only open for breakfast lunch and dinner. although it is a spa hotel, if you forgot something they dont provide any supplies like a comb. and for me the worst part was the shower in the room. it has the smalles shower head like 2 finger wide and you can not arrange the angle. it was so hard to have a proper shower. last but not least our curtains were filty disgusting. this hotel itself does not worth over 60 euro a night. although the spa facilities are great, if you want a treatment you pay them seperately anyway.
spa facilities were very accomodating.
