Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

There is an eclectic mix of styles at the Schlosshotel which includes a Turkish inspired spa/Hamman area. The restaurant area is good & the staff were helpful.

United StatesThe room was very dark [castle], the staff was initially helpful and showed us other rooms, but there was a smell in one Supreme room bathroom, so we opted for the upstairs darker room. We didn't like the street noise or the grass trimmer noises [they should use electric]... a castle should be quieter and further in the woods. Who knew, so we only stayed one night. There were no walking trails nearby, so there was little to see except directly on the property grounds. It was too expensive for these accommodations. There were no staff members in the bar, and the receptionist gave me a plate to borrow; it was a Thursday, and there were very few people there. Also, you had to pay extra for any spa use.
The history of the [so called] castle was interesting. Breakfast was nice and the staff there were very kind. I'd change the pop music.
