Wasn't the fastest wifi but, I suppose if that's your biggest problem, you may have missed the point of a spa holiday.

Friendly staff throughout, great breakfast and excellent spa. Highly recommend the "Salad shrinks the biceps" video in the gym and youtube made by the Götzfried family!

No A/C… which is typical for many older building conversions. Could have used some translated material. But as a local hotel, they don’t really cater to foreigners as much as some others.

Super cool vibe and spa facilities. Good was great- neighborhood was a local and quiet environment.

The pool is a nature pool and much smaller than the pictures suggested. All in all the hotel is not new, but the room was fine & clean.

The restaurant & the food were super nice and enjoyed by my daughter as well.

No air con, which meant uncomfortable sleep on a very hot night.

The spa is exceptional. Loved the huge saunas (there’s more than one sauna!) and the salt scrub steam room. Free parking opposite the hotel with no height restriction, ideal for camper vans.

The service at breakfast and at dinner was slow. They were busy, but we did have to wait quite a while to order / get coffee etc.

A nice spa hotel with good facilities, a nice outdoor pool, and excellent sauna / steam rooms. The breakfast was good and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I particularly liked the balcony with view over the garden.

Breakfast on the terrace was super. Swimming pool and wellness areas Perfekt. Beautiful garden. There is possibility to store bicycle in the garage. Huge parking space. Everything was perfect.

However, I would not recommand to have dinner at the restaurant : expensive, tiny portions and totally unsophisticated food, not the level you would expect of a 4 Stars Hotel. Avoid it! This explains the 8. With a better restaurant, the hotel would be rated 9.

The spa area is superb and super clean. Plenty of space to relax and beautiful garten. The rooms are of a good size, comfortable and quiet and breakfast is very good and varied, and included. Plenty of parking place just in front of the hotel.

The rooms are okay but a bit old-school. The hotel is difficult to navigate and there are not enough signs to guide you, especially if your room is a bit further away from the reception. I was missing information on the food, I like to eat responsibly and it would be nice to have information e.g. if it's free range eggs or biological cheese, there were no signs at all. If the pool area wouldn't be so nice, I would say it's too expensive but in summer it's ok.

The spa area and in particular the pool outdoors was great. Breakfast was also good. The room was quiet. There's free parking. The location is okay if you have a car. The reception was friendly and helpful.

No elevator to room or help with bags on higher floors, and parking was not convenient to room. Schedule for saunas was not convenient, opened later and some days closed. Some street noise. Also we saw Manager several times at breakfast time talking to staff she never smiled or greeted us just looked unhappy.

Room was large and breakfast was amazing. Breakfast staff was always attentive. Lovely outdoor garden just couldn’t enjoy due to rainy weather.

Lots of potential, but so many little things wrong. Buildings works didnt help, but on top of this the spa was 75% closed. So few staff you felt like you were walking round.a ghost town.
