I went with kids to a Buffet and my fault that I didn’t ask how much it costs, but we ate little, boys ate 3 small sandwiches because there was nothing really better for kids and they charged me for it a full buffet price of 27 euro… my stew with almost no meat in eat and not so good few potatoes was also 27 euro… maybe good price if you eat a lot but not for 4 year old boy… all the rest of the stay was nice and we’ve got nice specious room. And the room with the pool is warmed up.

We wanted to use the pool (which itself looked nice and clean) but the pool area was so hot and stuffy it was hard to breathe there.

We chose this hotel for a 1 night stay during our car trip through Germany. The hotel is very comfortable and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location in a green and quiet neighborhood, not too far from the motorway. We enjoyed nice walks in the surrounding area in the evening and in the morning. We had supper in the hotel restaurant and breakfast in the morning (separate breakfast room) and the food was tasty and fresh, breakfast buffet had great variety, our daughters loved the machine for baking pancakes :)

24/7 hotel reception, parking and close from the motorway. We stoped here for the night to cut our travel and rest. The beds were very compfy.

Sadly, the mattress was very soft, which is personal dislike. The pillows were a little gutless, but I think that is a common theme. I'd travel with my own pillow next time. The only other thing and it's a big one. The hotel is also a conference centre. The morning we left, a large group had arrived, but they then proceeded to smoke right outside the front door. As a non-smoker, this was a huge issue trying to pass through 30-40 people smoking (not vaping). The hotel needs to give a smoking area away from the front door as this left a bad, taste smell and memory on departure.

This hotel was perfect for us in location and travel time between Calais and Krakow. The staff were very friendly and the evening meal was lovely. The room was spacious and was quiet. Great place to stay when travelling with a dog. The best part was in the morning. The breakfast was exceptional. Amazing choice that catered for everyone. Even a Pakcake make that was just the best. Every guest was fascinated by it. Definitely one to stay in again and again.

We've got a huge room (with 2 additonal small inner rooms, each with a single bed, so 4 beds to sleep in total). All kids were very happy of that :-).. The dog was even happier - we could go for a walk directly from the room through a window (the room was situated on the groud floor). The beds were very comfortable.

The pool showers were broken (broken by force, really!), which I guess was a way of saying that you should use your room's shower instead - but better to remove them if that's the case, instead of having stuff broken like that. Also that general area: changing rooms with the shared showers outside, was a bit dark and not so nice, better to close/remove it than having people try to use them. Let me put it like this: pool was 7-8 out of 10, but the changing rooms and shared showers was 1 out of 10. Also, I guess this hotel permitted smooking a while back. You could tell. But we didn't smell or have any problem with that at our rooms, which needs to be said!, but there was smoking areas outside, a booth displaying different cigars/cigarillos, and a and even a big smooking lounge (!) - so if that's your thing then this is certainly your hotel!

Very, and I mean VERY, large rooms! With large functional bathrooms. Quite dated property, which should benefit from a renovation, but perfectly fine to stay at for a night or two. It's at the edge of a small sleeping work, so there's probably not much to do in the area. We just stayed for the night, so not planning on visiting our doing anything in the area. This is a conference hotel, and as such I guess it works perfect - where you book all the rooms for your company/organisation and then utilize the property for that purpose. The pool area was nice, with a large and deep indoor pool with a lot of seating areas around. The breakfast was nice, but the panncake machine was broken (?), we think, or there was something to do with the kitchen - we didn't really understand. This place has gotten some bad reviews, which I think it doesn't deserve, probably by people expecting a modern hotel. You get what you pay for! We certainly liked the large pool, large rooms and that breakfast was included in the price. We stays 5 people, in two rooms, for 1 night at EUR 209. Well worth the money!

The food! We were told the restaurant was open bit ot was buffet only. The food on the buffet was very overpriced for the quality and we were served leftovers for breakfast.

Very dirty everywhere, carpets, rooms, corridors. In the toilet bin was not emptied with sanitary products and full of flies smelling disgusting.

The only thing we liked about this hotel is swimming pool.
