Changed rooms for a double bed, wifi router was very dodgy in new room, normally fast and good in the whole hotel.

Very quiet hotel and a good location with rail connectivity to Cologne and other areas. Very friendly staff and good facilities, as well as ample restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Great breakfast buffet.

The heater shut off overnight and it got cold. Other guests came in during the night and were very loud in the hallway (no, or not good, soundproofing)

The location is close to the bus and tram lines to Cologne. It was a great place for our needs: a place to sleep in between visiting the Christmas markets.

No facility to make a hot drink in the room. My husband wanted cooked breakfast but I was happy with the continental style breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were kind and friendly. The breakfast was very nice. Location was perfect for our needs. We slept well.

It's an old building, so the bathroom has a not so pleasant smell. The room was very tight. There could be a bottle of water in the room. It's the small things that make a difference. Also, there was not even a machine or something where you could buy at least a water if needed. Not in the hotel, nor outside of it.

I liked that we could check in late at night. I liked that we were able to have breakfast there spontaneously. I liked that people were willing to help us. The price is decent.

There was no Kettle in the room for a cup of tea in the morning.

It was easy to get to by bus from the central station and had a nice bar/restaurant over the road. A food shop near by as well as a Pizza place. Staff booked a really taxi to the airport for us. key code was left for us so no time limit on late check in. Convenient for flying out

The toilet was a lil too old and creepy for me and reeked of cigarette smoke I wonder why, since it’s a non-smoking room I reckon. The room was nice though.

Good location and near the autobahn if you drive. Loved the American Diner directly across the street that opens till late! Amazing food there!

The accomodation is nice, many interesting decoration pieces, loved the stained glass lights in the dining room. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Parking right at the entrance and the quick access to the motorway was a big plus for us, as we only stopped for sleepover. The check in process was easy, got the door codes over the phone and we could arrive late without hassle. There are grocery shops near by and a restaurant opposite the hotel. Breakfast was good, hubby says the quality of teas was extraordinary 😊 thank you.

A little out from the city centre but the train link is very good and there are local shops and cafes in the area.

the fact that as a family we were placed in different buildings with no connecting door. My elderly husband had to stay with one of the grandchildren and he had to help him dress. i stated with the 5 year old. we were leavin at 6.30 so had no chance of breakfast and no one to talk to about a packed one. the towels were so hard the 5 year old dried herself on the bed covers. had big problem trying to get into the hotel not knowing there was another entrance round the back of the builing. we arrived at 4.00 and there was no staff around for help. stayed here before a couple of years ago and it wasnot this bad. rooms very tired and need updating

The location was the only thing that was a bonus
