Compact Rooms The rooms are small and basic—comparable to a dorm setup—but overall acceptable for a short stay. Uncomfortable Pillows The pillows were very uncomfortable and could definitely be improved for a better night’s sleep.

Early Check-In We really appreciated being allowed to check in early, which was very convenient for us. Perfect Central Location The hotel is ideally situated—a mere 5-minute walk from Cologne Central Station and steps away from the Cathedral, Old Town, and prime shopping streets—making all of Cologne's highlights easily accessible. Clean & Comfortable Our room, while modest, was sparkling clean and had a cozy, comfortable feel. Friendly Family-Run Atmosphere It felt like staying with friends—staff were warm, helpful, and attentive, offering a personalized, welcoming experience. Free Wi-Fi and Desk We appreciated reliable complimentary Wi-Fi, and the desk in the room was great for catching up on work or planning our next day’s sightseeing. On-Site Parking Available The hotel offers garage parking at €15 per night, which is a fair deal considering central Cologne’s parking rates. Generous Breakfast Buffet We enjoyed a well-rounded breakfast buffet for €15 per person, which set us up nicely for the day.

It was very tiny... but all european hotels are especially if it's in a good location.

The location was absolutely fantastic and very friendly staff. Very short walking distance from the train station and also from the Dome.

There is eyelash and black debris on the bed, the noise proofing is not good, the staff called me for late checkin was kind of rude

We liked everything, especially the owner, Denis... he and his staff did a wonderful job making us relaxed and comfortable. There was no restaurant... but there are plenty within 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

The breakfast was a basic buffet... we had it tge first day we were there. But we found a bakery about 200m away.. so for the rest of our stay, we had breakfast there...(for a lot less cost). The location was perfect... 300M to the Dom cathedral and 200m to the main cologne railway station. We liked the "family run hotel" where they treat the guests as friends instead of just a room number. Will definitely recommend it to all my friends who visit Cologne.

The hallways echoed so it was noisy when people closed their doors. The single room is right across from the check in desk and front door.

Being able to see the Dom from our hotel window was amazing! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, we had an excellent stay! If we come to Cologne again, I know where we'll stay. Thank you!

We couldn't fault this place though, as is common in Germany, you don't get tea/coffee facilities in your room.

This hotel is great for a stopover or short stay as it's only a couple of minutes from the railway station and surprisingly quiet for the location. It's perfectly clean and comfortable and the host was friendly and English-speaking. The breakfast was good.

The owners are very kind. They helped us to carry the luggage although they were not heavy at all. Excellent and quiet location close to main attractions and great excellent view. Thank you!

The location is great, 5 minutes to the train station, 8 minutes to the cathedral. The room was small but very comfortable, perfect for three nights. Denis was very welcoming and allowed us to check in early because the room was ready. The price was very good, less than I’d expect for such a good location. Breakfast cost extra, but good value.

Room on the small side but perfectly adequate for a short stay.

Central location, only a few minutes walk from the train station and old town. Staff were very helpful. Property was very clean. Breakfast was excellent- good choice. Powerful shower. Handwashing, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer provided. Air con in room.
