The Kempinski is an outdoor enthusiasts, who appreciate comfort, dream. The setting is stunning! Set in a breathtaking, historically relevant setting, it’s surrounded by hiking trails and caters to those seeking luxury as well. I was blown away by the sheer yet simplistic beauty in and out of the hotel while my step daughter spoiled herself in the spa. A 5 star experience. Our dinner at 2 Michelin star Pur surpassed expectations!!

I previously thought and erroneously posted that some cash was removed from our travel gear when at the hotel. I was wrong and later realized that I lost that cash at another hotel! My mistake I would stay here again and wish we could have stayed longer. Fabulous hotel!

I really can't think of anything. Of course I would like it to be cheaper, but that does not mean is not totally worth it!

I just Love this Hotel. It was my second time there, location is great, facilities are super, staff is super kind, food is outstanding, and the breakfast hours should be the standard for any hotel that call itself relaxing.

Not the hotel's fault, but booking.com didn't transferred our payment for the stay, so we had to proove that we've paid already weeks before the stay. The staff did a great jb on this one too.

Helpful staff, great location, you can see the Eagle's Nest from the pool. This is an amazing hotel. We've booked a mountain view balcony deluxe room. Birds are chirping, breathtaking view from balcony, relaxation guaranteed. Breakfast is good.

The area around the hotel could be a little better managed. The grass around the hotel was quite tall, in proportion to all the luxury it doesn't give the best impression. Otherwise I have absolutely nothing to complain about!

The high standard of rooms, service, food and overall impression was absolutely unique! Kempinski meets the absolute highest standard within hotels. It is absolutely top class! The food is absolutely delectable, the staff always helpful and professional! Great spa with open pool, incredible scenery. The hotel is in an incredible location in the mountains overlooking the Eagles Nest itself. The location of the hotel on the hill itself is absolutely unreal!

Everything. The breakfast was incredible. Sorry I missed one day but I had early reservation to go to Eagles Nest. Hiking the mountain is very easy and pleasant. Staff extremely helpful.

A beautiful design hotel surrounded by nature. Excellent food at the on-site restaurant, a fantastic wellness area, and a great bar. Perfect for both a relaxing and active long weekend getaway.
