The apartment smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. The upholstery of the sofas (in both rooms) was stained.

Spacious rooms and bathroom. Location near the city centre. Easy instructions for check-in (as there was no reception service when we arrived and left). The kitchenette is handy for longer stays (we only spent 1 night).

There is no real hotel owned WiFi - only a city internet, so it's pretty bad Also the heating at some point started making noises, so I had to sleep with earplugs

I was unable to get the door codes . The verify and sign in process only requested me to book another room I was unable to get the codes. We were lucky to meet someone at the door who had a room there, they had a different phone number and they were able to get the codes for the door keys for our room. The Ibis Budget Mannheim was much easier system to use, please use the same system as them.

I’m writing you after booking a night in Hotel x. Upon arrival, I realized the elevator is out of order. I had to carry a very heavy luggage for 3 floors. This should have been before hand. When I opened the shower water, the color of the water was brown, and only after some time turned transparent. I don’t know what it means, but it sure made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, the room was extremely dirty. Due to that, I would like to ask for a refund since the room wasn’t at all what I payed for, and hopefully, the next visitor will have a more pleasant experience. Sincerely, Stefan

Would have been helpful if we had been advised to run the taps in the en suite before using the water as it initially came out rusty, was fine after running the taps for a while. Also, a notice about parking facilities would also have been useful as it was only after two other very helpful guests were able to tell me that it was fine to park on the road. There was no-one on reception at the time we arrived and I couldn't raise a member of staff who might have been able to advise (the phone number provided kept cutting off when I tried to call)

Room was amazing, better than the pictures on the website. Area was quiet and felt safe and very close to the centre and all that had to offer.

Nothing really. There is no kettle or refrigerator, but it is just to be aware, not the complain.

I stayed for one night, and everything was good. The lady at the reception was friendly and offered an early check-in. The room was clean and adequate, Wi-Fi worked great. The location is not too loud and I didn’t have too loud neighbors.

Room service. They were changing every 3 days, so one of them was great, and one of them did not change my towels at all. But the first lady was very very polite and supportive!

Had lift but always locked and reception did not tell, only when asking then replied it was out of order!! But actually when housekeeping time, it worked !! We had to carry 3 big luggage to walk up until 3rd floor!! Is it called "service " - did not have kettle for boil water, finally gave a dirty one after asking (see picture). - room is small, - toilet door do not have lock, - the additional beds' leg was broken, - room door only can locked by key - only provided 1 set of keys that means all people have to move at the same. - all doors (building's front door, corridor 's door, room door)1 were using tradition keys to open/lock, it is very old fashion.

The room was dirty with the underwear of the previous person still on the floor. The bathroom smelled of humidity very strongly. At might the corridor were smelling of weed.

The location is nice with a direct tram to the HBF. The beds were comfortable.
