Nice location just outside the walls of Lubeck. very helpful and welcoming staff in the main facility (a fancier hotel nearby) where the keys are picked up. Good value for money. Nice and quiet neighbourhood.

Our beds were not not properly dressed with all the layers. We complained about the uneven service at the reception and at the second attempt they managed to solve the problem. They also invited us for breakfast for the inconvenience.

The location is good. It takes 20 minutes by walk to city hall. There is a restaurant nearby, the restaurant is blood.it is easy to drive car to there.

It is a little bit old. The bath is too small.

My mom arrived at 14:30 - during the official check-in time as stated on the website. Her room was ready only by 17:00. She had to wait for the room with no information available when she can finally move in.

We stayed in the guesthouse which was just around the corner from the main building of the hotel. The check in and the breakfast where in the hotel building but it was not a problem as it is located very close. The room was very spacious and quiet. The location is truly great, very close to old town, in the rich and beautiful quiet area. There is also bus stop just next to the hotel if necessary. The breakfast was tasty and really enough to start the day although 18 euros per person I consider to be rather expensive.

For sure a problem was not enough parking spaces for everyone although the page offers "free parking". During the weekend it was not a problem to park in the nearby streets but during weekdays it might be rather expensive and complicated. The room and bathroom especially saw already better times and would require some renovation/refreshing. There was no tea/coffee and cooker in the room which is always a nice addition.

For the price it is a very good quality accommodation, with super friendly staff in a beautiful location. Thank you for the hospitality! 🫶🏻

A hot water kettle would have been a great plus to have a coffee in the morning. Otherwise everything was great!

A good place to stay not far from the altstadt. Check-in at the hotel, little walking distance. Room is clean, good comfortable bed. tv. Clean bathroom

No cooler/refrigerator. Bathroom has no airoutlet, so damp after a shower. Stairs to access the room. A little difficult parking.

Location was very convenient to easily walk to the city centre through a peaceful and short route.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and super clean. The Guesthouse is conveniently located very close to the city centre and we enjoyed the walks around Lübeck. Hotel staff was super kind and helpful and we had overall a great stay.

We expected a bit more variety from breakfast since it was slightly more expensive than average, however it was overall very good.
