Only four coffee pods for the machine and two were vanilla. Everything else was very good.

Excellent communication from Marion prior to our arrival and super friendly when we got there. Hotel is quite an old building in Bonn but well maintained and decorated, it is very clean all round. We couldn't use the underground car park due to vehicle height but managed to get a park at hotel B&B opposite for a fee (also really helpful people). WiFi very good and lifts to all floors without excessive waits for lift to come. Good recommendations for local restaurants were provided. Good coffee maker in the room and a fridge.

Clear instruction for out of hours arrival. Clean, well organised rooms. Staff were great and location was an easy 20 minute walk into Bonn Aldstat for supper.

I cannot thing of any suggestions. We have received everything we needed for our stay.

The room was very clean and had all the comforts, plus coffee and minibar. The hotel is beautiful, arranged with taste; the hosts are very kind and helpful, easy to reach. We have received detailed information in advance about all we had to know, and all the assistance we needed during our stay. There was a parking space in a secured garage with very easy access.

This is such a great space. Clean modern with so many amenities. This was one of our favourite stays with fabulous value for money. If you have a car or other transport it’s a great idea to stay a little out of main areas to enjoy this space. We wish we had more time here and the staff were so nice.

Like most hotels the room does not have AC. That is common for hotels in the area so plan your visit early or late summer time to avoid hot nights.

Second time I stay here and most certanly not the last time. This place is close to most things in this side of Germany and also near the centre of Bonn. You have a quiet garden to relax in and just next door to shops and restaurants. Will book here again next time I want to visit for sure.

The garage is very tight and fiddly to park in so if you arrive with car have that in mind. Car can not be higher than 1,60 or wider than 1,80 or so to fit in there. Also the breakfast (although great) is a bit strange for the price. You get small portion sized yougurt and for some reason butter floating in ice water instead of just the normal small butter packets.

Perfect for our stay in Bonn. Just 15 min walk to centre and its own garage to park. The rooms are bigger and you have plenty space. It really is like smaller apartments and has a inner garden space for relax on those nice evenings. Extra plus for having a great burger place next door and a mini market just across the street. Also close to Köln which is worth a visit and for our trip only 1 hour drive to Nurburgring.

I was just not aware there were some fees for the parking. Maybe I didn't read properly.

Staff was very friendly. They waved my parking fees as it was a hassle to park in the garage with the SUV. They offer candies to my kids.

The Underground car park was really difficult to get in and out of. The space is tiny and only suitable for small cars.

I had an amazing stay at the Apartmenthotel Kaiser Karl in Bonn. The hotel was absolutely perfect and I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience. I'd like to mention that while some reviews here on Booking.com were a bit misleading, my own experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself is a gem. It's new, immaculately equipped, and exudes a delightful cleanliness that extends to every corner. The attention to detail is truly remarkable, and it's evident that the staff takes great care in maintaining the hotel's pristine appearance. The visual appeal of the hotel, coupled with its beautiful accents, makes for an aesthetically pleasing environment that's simply captivating. My room was a testament to comfort and elegance. Every amenity one would expect from a four-star accommodation was thoughtfully provided. The mattress offered a night of truly restful sleep, and the added bonus of an outdoor balcony enhanced the overall experience. Additionally, the hotel's interior garden served as a lush oasis that provided a sense of tranquility amidst the bustling city center. The location of the hotel couldn't have been more convenient. Situated right in the heart of the city, it made exploring Bonn a breeze. What's more, having access to the hotel's own parking garage at a reasonable price was a definite plus. While the nature of the central location naturally limits size of a garage, our large SUV had no trouble parking there. I must give a special mention to the hotel's director, Ms. Marion. She embodied the spirit of the perfect host - always available, remarkably kind, and incredibly helpful. Her presence added a personal touch to the overall experience and made me feel truly valued as a guest. To sum it up, my stay at Apartmenthotel Kaiser Karl was nothing short of perfection.

A great welcome, very comfortable beds, delicious breakfast - and in a pleasant neighbourhood with a great restaurant right next door! I was a bit daunted by needing to use a key safe when I arrived due to late arrival but the explanation (with photos!) that the hotel sent was really clear and very easy to use.

I wish the spring weather had been better - too cold to eat breakfast in the garden!

I really appreciated the very kind and helpful welcome - it really made all the difference. The bed was fantastically comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet despite being on a main road. I was pleasantly surprised to discover there's also a small library of Blurays for guests to borrow with players in the room (I don't remember if the Bluray players were in all rooms). The kitchenette in the apartment was well-equipped too.

Car parking to be reserved in advance as part of the booking as it's hard to find parking near the hotel. No staff was available after 3pm.

Clean and tidy. Apartment consists all facilities. Breakfast was really good and tasty.
