Thanks for your feedback! Sorry to hear your stay wasn’t what you expected. But just to set the record straight: our breakfast is definitely more than just “edible bread.” 😉 We serve fresh bread & rolls, three kinds of jam, Nutella, honey, eggs in different styles, cheese and cold cuts, fresh fruit, yogurt, muesli, salads, vegan dips, and various hot dishes – so really something for everyone, sweet or savory. And all of that is already included in the rate of about €35 per person and night including breakfast – quite a solid selection for the price. You’re right about parking: it’s €11 per day on weekdays, free on Sundays. We also point guests to nearby alternatives. We take your criticism seriously and will discuss it with our team. At the same time, we’d be happy if you gave us another chance to experience our hospitality and breakfast buffet for yourself.

You’ll find a wide selection, including fresh bread and rolls, various mueslis, cornflakes and yogurt, sweet spreads like jam, honey, and Nutella, a variety of cheese and cold cuts, fresh fruit, vegetables, salad, vegan dips and spreads, as well as warm options such as eggs, sometimes sausages, and depending on the day, pasta, rice, or pizza. Drinks include coffee, tea, juices, milk, and plant-based alternatives like oat, soy, and rice milk. Thanks for your feedback! 😊 Great to hear you liked the well-kept building, the welcoming atmosphere, and the breakfast. Sorry that the hilly location and the stairs were a bit tricky – that’s just part of the area. Tip: With the tram, it’s only four stops from the main station to us. We know it can get hot in summer without air conditioning. Towels aren’t included in the price at our budget-friendly hostel, but at €1.50 they’re a fair deal. We’d love to welcome you back sometime!
