There was no bathroom in the room, but it was expected...

Nice location. Very friendly. Fun place for the kids with different games and activities available on rainy days. Nice breakfast. Walking distance to city centre and maybe 10 minutes drive to the wonderful Neuschwanstein Castle.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities at the youth hostel, very clean. We had an on suite room for two (bunk bed) with shower and toilet and a small table. Buffet breakfast, tasty and well stocked.

It was a bit problematic for us to arrive within the operating times of reception. We would add at least one hot meal to the breakfast buffet (sausages/scrambled eggs or whatever) and a small simple kitchen for the guests so that they can prepare their own meals (equipped with a fridge, sink, microwave - this would be enough in our opinion). Our stay was really lovely, those are just suggestions to satisfy the future guests even more :)

The hostel is located near the train station, therefore we could arrive there fast and conveniently. From the very beginning we were treated very nicely and our needs were fully fulfilled. Christoph was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The facility has a lot to offer (you can spend your leisure time more or less actively) - you can choose from table tennis, movies, board games, football/basketball - and all of that is free of charge. Another advantage is the possibility to wash and dry your clothes, just for a small fee. The breakfast was more varied than we expected. In addition, complimentary water, tea and juices are available all day (just for the coffee you have to pay 1€). Overall, it was a really good value for money. We usually do not stay in hostels or similar facilities, but we were truly satisfied with this choice.

Next to train tracks, so you can hear the train pass at times. Hand towel machine in bathroom was broken and not repaired during stay; I had to go to the Washraum to use hand towel machine there.

Excellent breakfast. Somewhat variable based on who's staying at the hostel (e.g. they didn't have eggs one day), but a healthy and satisfying breakfast nevertheless. Wonderful bread and fresh fruit selection. Exceptional staff. While I was there, there were very few guest, so the house was quiet. It was like a retreat center for me. Lovely.

The only downside is that the doors of the rooms didn't lock, however big lockers were provided in the rooms. Also, the beds were a bit squeaky.

The hostel was amazing and the staff were really welcoming. It is located in a quiet and calm part of the city, but it's still close to the train station (10-15min walk). There are two supermarkets close to the accommodation. The breakfast was good. There is a machine for juice everyone can use - it's free and available the whole day. A dispenser for mineral water is provided. The guests of the hostel receive a discount card for the transport in the city. The bathrooms and the toilets are in separate rooms, but are connected with a door. Everything was well maintained and really clean.

Parking can be an issue. We had beds that creaked a lot when moving. Breakfast is not as good as we expected.

The parking situation was not very convenient...... the hostel has limited parking places and also parking tickets to park on the street .... and if you do not get one, you cannot park outside on the street (because it is a no parking zone) and you have to park a little far away from the hostel where parking is allowed without a ticket.

Very good location. The room was ok, although there is not much space around the beds... if the 6 people in the room decide to get up at the same time in the morning it is hard to walk around. The breakfast was very good, with the essentials for a good start in the morning. The hostel has a lot of green space where you can play football, basketball, etc. It has a bike room to park your bikes safely.

I had to register for a card for around 3 eur for the hostel and they told me that after 6 use, I can stay in the same hostelbrand for free. But it was not optional. I didnt like to have a choice and instead “had to” be a part of this card. Reception is opening at 5, so you cannot go in your room until 5, but common area is also okay. Little bit far away from the train station but the view is nice.

It was nice to have a clean shower and toilet area outside, big enough to not be overwhelmed. Breakfast was good and workers were kind and helpful.

Location is a bit further out of town, not too far to walk.

Has lockers that you can put your luggage in before reception opens up in the afternoon which was helpful. Breakfast was included and you can ask if you can get dinner there which is cheap €8 for a buffet. Bathroom was in our twin room which is nice. We were pretty happy here and I love Fussen. There’s a big backyard with trees.

It wasn't a bother but just for information purposes: Not your average hostel, you have to make your own bed, then take sheets down to the laundry, and take out the trash and sort it. Check out times are comparatively early.

The price was good especially in comparison with all the other overpriced places in Füssen because of the tourists. You also get a breakfast and it is very nice. Those are dorms and my friend and I got very lucky with being alone in the room of 6 beds, otherwise I might have liked it a lot less. The place was full of loud teenagers that I can't see myself sharing a room with. Also rooms don't lock. Showers were particularly a pleasant surprise, nice water pressure, a compartment that locks that also includes a place to change and put your stuff on a shelf and hooks to hang your clothes and towels. But I would stay there again. Especially if if I can come back in a group of 4 people - as you can book your own room.
