No wifi signal all my stay period I used my data .. I checked with stuff and told me that there is internet but I checked the internet speed and signal outside my room it’s good but the problem was when the door is closed the wifi signal so poor .. I think good solution instead of letting door open is connecting network booster near to door of room since my room was far away from modem of floor and the other issue is the price was so high .. hopefully in future will prices with great offers with encouraging prices

Really I loved everything … it close to all important places and and beside of train and bus stations.. quite, comfortable and so clean room in addition the stuff are good and valid any time

The room is a bit small, with a really tight bathroom. The bathroom ceiling had a bit of mold (I think) right above of the shower. The bathroom also is not isolated properly so the sound is easily heard from the room.

The location is great, the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The atmosphere was nice, the room was clean. The hotel reception looks great. There is a small parking in front of the hotel for short parking and unloading of the luggage. The WiFi works well. The staff was really kind and friendly.

What have liked to have a hot water maker in the room as well as coffee. That way I wouldn't have to pay for a breakfast. Breakfast was OK but felt compelled to purchase entire breakfast for tea and coffee

Rooms are small but quite adequate. Staff were accommodating. Shower was super good balcony was a nice added touch. Parking spaces were tight but the partnership with gas station was perfect for access

Staff were very friendly even when one of my friends were sick. Room was exactly what we needed only negative was the shower head faced nearer the wall than the shower tub.

The check in guy when we first arrived was completely unhelpful, and didn’t know about the rooms - as my mother asked if it was a walk in shower - he said all the rooms were the same - we got to our room, walk in shower - she got to her room, a bathtub with a shower (which she can’t do.) luckily we were traveling with a large party and we were able to switch rooms. All other staff was amazing! If you are traveling with an elderly person who can’t do stairs don’t do this hotel as you have 7-8 stairs you must do before getting to the elevator.

The bathroom is so tiny. A small fridge will be nice.

The hotel is very well placed near the Marienplatz in a quiet zone. A lot of different style of restaurants are around. ⁦Isarparkhaus is nearby and paying at the hotel (15,5€/day) gives you acces all day round with a ticket which you can have from the gas station (parking and gas station are managed by the same business).

The bar area isn’t really a separate bar, just part of reception. Couldn’t get a glass of wine but no big deal. Also ran out of breakfast and didn’t restock. Maybe needed more staff.

Good location for the Christmas markets. Short walk from town hall and Marienplatz.

It is very small rooms, one was smaller than the other. No refrigerator.

The location was good for the price. The beds were individual, so it was nice for a family, but they split us on separate floors. The place was clean.
