The room was large, tastefully decorated and very comfortable for our stay. The hotel was lovely and quiet to stay in for our visit to Munich. Whilst the hotel is not in the city centre, we were easily able to walk to a nearby train stop. We enjoyed the restaurant downstairs.

Nothing. Everything was within or exceeded my expectations.

Only 4km from Pasing Station, with good transport options like the S-bahn and bus connection to the city center. We arrived by car and it was great to have free parking on the compound. The room we got has a rustic wooden decor, was of a decent size with windows opening to the water mill outside. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is modern with plenty of hot water. There is heating but no air conditioning. If you like a cooler temperature to sleep, especially in the summer you will need to open the window and bear with the sound of the water rushing from the water mill. We did leave the window open and it was fine for us. The staff are all very polite and helpful. The restaurant serves very delicious food!

Only a couple of negatives, us Brits love our tea and coffee, I knew that we couldn't make any in our room from other reviews but after a very cold walk back from the station we couldn't get a coffee from the bar either, my other half did manage to get a cup of tea but was then shocked at the 7.90 pricetag! The breakfast staff arent as chatty or happy as the other staff which is a shame.

We wanted somewhere a little more traditional and this hotel definitely gave us that. We were very happy to have a room overlooking the water. The staff are mostly very happy and do their best to help you.

A watermill, the river was raging ,magnificent fall foliage, a foggy November just a beautiful setting. Modern, clean room, comfortable beds, definitely worth booking a superior room.

Hotel had obvious staff issues. Reception was supposed to be opened from 07:00, but on our departure day (Sat), the reception staff turned around 08:00, and as we had to leave (7 hr car trip ahead), we just left the door key card in the room as we paid already through Booking. Because we travelled with a dog, receptionist called later in a day that we still have to pay €8 for having a dog (which would be normally paid on the departure, should reception staff turned up on time). We agreed she will send an invoice that we pay. When we received the invoice, we were charged double the amount €16, that we had to question by mail, only after that we received the correct invoice. All this while travelling 7 hrs in the car to our next destination. Also worth mentioning, the breakfast should’ve start at 07:00, but door unlocked bit later, at this point there were at least 5 of us guests waiting confused, with no one to ask details, as the reception desk was empty. The one breakfast waitress did her best to serve us all, kudos to her, and when asked about the reception staff, she didn’t know what was going on. We sincerely hope this was just one of, as the hotel itself and all the staff we encountered were absolutely lovely and very helpful, the night before we managed to get a restaurant seat despite no previous booking (they were fully booked with the wedding party) thank you to a very accommodating waitress.

Location, facilities, restaurant. Super charming hotel that used to be a water mill in the lovely surroundings on the outskirts of Munich. Cozy, romantic restaurant with good food & drinks. Nice staff.

This was such a lovely hotel it exceeded our expectations. The room was amazing all very clean modern and new. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. The outside area was very nice to sit and relax. The breakfast had everything we wanted too. Great value for money

No coffee or tea however they do provide a coffee machine and kettle so was not a problem for us.

The setting is great you feel like your in the middle of the country yet only 15 mins from Munich centre by train. I paticularly liked the Beer garden with good food . Rooms were huge and the small balcony overlooking the garden was great. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good. The man on reception who wore a cap was friendly and very helpful.

Our experience was exceptional. The location is idyllic, perfect for those seeking tranquility and beauty in their surroundings. The rooms were spotless, super clean, and extremely comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. The center of Munich is easily accessible by public transportation. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which conveniently connects you to a nearby metro station, making it very easy to get around. The staff was very kind and attentive at all times, making us feel very welcome. Overall, I highly recommended it for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.
