Shower kept dripping after a power for a long time and two light bulbs didn't work. The stairs to my room were a little tricky too.

Simple online check-in, nice room and comfy bed. Couldn't really ask for more! Well located for local bars and restaurants but also only 15 mins to city centre.

The entrance to the room was very steep with stairs. pillows were very uncomfortable. some towels in the bathroom were old.

Location of hotel is great nearly to Hauptbahnhof and Kölner Dom and so many restaurants and cafes nearby … I was in the first floor that was great since I have big luggage and no elevator for floors upstairs .. yes room not big but for one person it was good .. everything was fine with me

Quiet street, easy walking distance to Cologne HBF, attractions, shops and restaurants. REWE supermarket is a longer walk, but there are no hills and it’s a pretty boulevard. Small, cosy hotel with a communal dining area and free coffee from the machine until 11am. Our room had a small fridge and there was crockery and cutlery in the dining area, so we could easily self-cater. Our host Sandra was friendly and welcoming and she did our clothes washing for a small fee.

Clear instructions on how to use the key and key pad combination to get into the rooms would have made a perfect stay. If it were not for a fellow guest who kindly helped us out, we would have had to call the owner for help. It’s not intuitive how to use it and we were one of three different guests struggling.

There is no elevator, and the stairs are a bit narrow, so if you have heavy luggage, you’ll need to carry it up the stairs. However, in terms of price-performance, it is satisfying.

The rooms are very small but okay for solo travelers. It is a 15-minute walk to the city center. Since I visited during a rainy season, it felt a bit far to me, but it was just 15 minutes away from the Kölner Dom. The cleanliness of the room was average.

if i had to complain about anything maybe pillows could be better. the euro pillow wasnt good to sleep with. i missed a fridge in the room. We had 2 suitcases and my poor husband had to carry them up the stairs. travel lighter next time.

locaion was great plenty of cafes bakeries and small shops and bars within walking distance. larger shopping and fashion shops 10 to 15 minute walk or subway nearby too. quality fittings in room. ciffee machine dowstairs to use every morning.

Room was pretty hot, so I didn't always have the best night of sleep. The room could benefit from airconditioning, especially in the summer! I tent to keep my negative messages short, so I'll keep it at this.

Room was very close to the city center, and there was a great restaurant 3 minutes of walking away. I loved the chocolate museum, and walking next to the Rhine. I also loved the opportunity to talk German with the hostes.
