The bathroom could be cleaner - there were 2-3 pieces of hair stuck on the walls of the shower cubicle.

You pay for the convenience - steps away from the main train station and surrounded by a lot of cafes, restaurants, and shopping centers. The old town and other places of tourist interest are a 15-20 minute walk away. The rooms, particularly the bathrooms, are slightly dated but nothing I would lose my sleep over. The bed was comfortable and the huge window (overlooking the other Ibis) was great for natural light and fresh air. I was here only for one night and it did the job.

It would have been nice to have a coffee making machine in the room.

Location superb. Within 5 minutes walking distance of main railway station and the most useful tram routes. About 10-15 easy minutes to major city centre sites. Quiet inside and with pedestrianised, tree lined shopping street outside. The room was excellent with long views from window. Air conditioning was at a sensible level and unobtrusive. Excellent shower. Perfect in the very hot spell of weather during my visit.

There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, and the coffee machine in the lobby was out of order for most of our stay.

wifi needed to be logged in (signed in) every day anew. This was not good. A better wifi system would be appreciated. Also, the coffee price (given it is within hotel facilities) was too much. Either make this free, please, or keep it to a minimum cost.

Air conditioner didn’t work properly—moved the air but did not cool the air. I turned it off and opened the windows.

Nothing really except I was surprised that not one English language tv channels was available. Some RT channels seemed to be available in German. Bit of a worry. However, I appreciated what the hotel offered and once again enjoyed Dresden.

The staff were excellent. Hospitable and efficient in spite of being very busy. I appreciated the secure bike lock up facility and the provision of an electric kettle. Location suited me well. It was a simple, well equipped room. Clean, light and perfect for my needs.

Nothing super bad, but mini fridge and safe would be nice to have in the room, as well as kettle and coffee-maker.

Great location, simple but comfortable and nice room. Perfect for a couple of days. Walking distance to Altstadt, shopping mall, Starbucks, stores, restaurants and main station are nearby. I would stay next time at this hotel again.

The room has no safe , no refrigerator , no cattle but this solved easily by asking the reception so you can borrow one from the reception

There were a few hair in the bathroom. It would be great to have a checkout box so that people don't have to line up just to check out in the front desk.

The location was great. The staff was very friendly. It was rare that in Chinese language poster, there are both Taiwanese and Chinese flag. So I really appreciate the details.
