We are frequent.travelers and choose this hotel chain often - (though avoid Ibis Budget) - because Ibis generally meets all our hotel needs: consistently clean,. comfortable rooms and beds, outlets and tables on BOTH sides of the bed,, hooks for towels, hangers for clothes, good lighting, solid bathroom doors, great locations, great showers, great price without all the unnecessary fluff. This one doesn't disappoint.

The room is basic, but that's how it is advertised and what you pay for. The main light was quite dim, but we had good bedside lamps. The cleaners only came in the afternoon when we were often back in the room, so we missed out on a few days' cleaning, but when we complained, it was sorted out straight away.

Spacious room with comfortable beds and a good shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location.

It is better to have a refrigerate in the room.

Location is good. Not so noisy but also close to station, supermarket and downtown. Bed,shower, and wifi are all good. Price is excellent.

Behavior of Mr. Rainer at the front desk, which was rude, impolite and borderline disrespectful, maybe racist. Maybe he forgot that he is in Hospitality business.

The hotel is conveniently located. The Satff was very nice and polite except for one person.

Photos of the property could have been taken during the summer and for drivers it would have been very useful to have shots of the property from the road or rather how the garage is accessed. Additionally, exiting of the garage is not fully labeled, so it takes one or two tries to get it right.

Focus was on the parking as I didn't have any other options, like breakfast. Location was very good, I would say as close as you can expect it to the city center, but with a very good pricing and not too much extra, just the right amount of amenities.

There was not much light in the room, some better reading lights would be appreciated.

The area is quiet and the room was comfortable and quiet. Hotel is reasonably priced. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. Staff was friednly and helpful. The location is fine but not the best, within walking distance from the train station and the city center but not very close to anything. The main tram hub is around 5 minutes walk away, one line is just outside the hotel. A large supermarket is a few blocks away.

Everything was great, I didn't notice any problems.

Excellent and quite large room, located 3 minutes from the center. Norer was provided to us, as we asked for, with separate beds. There is also an underground garage - great. The room had a heater and air conditioner, which is probably important, but we did not use it.

Only missing thing was the fridge in the room that would be really nice to have.

Ibis Hotels are always convenient and affordable options when travelling. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Stuff is always available and friendly. Location is close to Hbf and Königsplatz where you can take any tram to the destination.

Nothing, the elevator was a bit slow

The location is very good, close to the train station. The room was clean and big enough for one person. The room served well for a short stay. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good

Location quite near to centre, staff generally helpful, quiet, good candy. Room was expensive, though.
