The outdoor space is for smokers. I was situated right above this and couldn't open my window in the evening. Also I couldn't eat breakfast outside because of the smoke. On Saturday morning I woke up due to constant doorbanging which was a bit painful.

Well bare in mind, we are most assuredly "spoiled Americans"!! Would have been nice to have furniture in which to place our clothing. Since the A/C was really not on until a couple of days prior to our departure, a fan would have been nice. Inconvienence without a fridge or microwave, but we did fine without it.

The breakfast was absolutely OUTSTANDING!! The staff was AMAZING! Very clean & quiet location. Amazing housekeeping staff...

There was a policy that you couldn't bring food or beverages from outside, not even to consume it in your room, because "they had a restaurant inside". My husband got scolded for having ordered take away one day We saw the signs in the elevators but we all assumed it meant no eating or drinking in the elevator like in the metro (the signs were the same) Once the bar was closed you had to leave and go back to the room. You couldn't hang out downstairs in the lobby even if there were no rooms at that level The staff working at the bar was mostly not very courteous, and even if there were 3 people behind the bar they didn't look very organized to serve 20/25 people

The room was a good size and the bed and pillows were very comfy. The shower had good pressure The location was ideal to go to the center of town

We got stuck in the lift with two children at about 8.30 on 21st of July - just after breakfast. The emergency button didn't work. We screamed for help and banged on the doors for 10 minutes in the darkness not knowing what was going on. The children were scared and we were about to start panicking. No one came. The staff members were at the front desk. I cannot believe they didn't know the lifts were out of order and didn't hear us screaming. I understand it is not their fault, and they couldn't do anything with the lifts. But they could have used the stairs and talked to the stuck guests that everything is okay and help is on the way. Management should talk about it with the staff.
