Not enough choice of drinks/ variety to purchase at the bar.

The room was just right, shower was good, never had breakfast so can't comment, and the hotel overall was clean. The drinks were quite restricted what they sold at the bar, not enough choice.

It was too expensive considering the services provided. Even the breakfasts were overpriced given the basic ingredients. In general, I noticed poor attention to guests (me in this case) . Noise from the ongoing renovations continued until 8pm sometimes. Regarding the rooms, I had to request that they be cleaned and that the soap dispensers be filled (even this was not done after I asked). The electric plug in my room was too far from the bed, the window let in traffic noise and there was no serious way to filter the light in the morning. There was no aerator in the bathroom and no bin provided except for a very small one in the bathroom.

Simple, but good quality, practical, quiet and clean room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access by public transport.

All the staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was mold in the bathroom. The prices in Munich are super high and this hotel was not the exception. Anyway have to admit one more time the professionality and eagerness to help of the receptionists, they improved a lot our experience.

The ongoing renovation work meant that I couldn't work from the hotel room. When I complained I was quickly moved to a room a bit further from the noise? But still the noise sometimes became unbearable.

The layout of the room is very strange. In some places, I even cannot straighten my back. The elevator is very small and often out of service.

The floor below ours was undergoing a complete renovation. The horrendous associated noise could be heard from 08.45 onwards including Saturdays, and could even be heard in the cafe next door to the hotel. WHY DID BOTH THE HOTEL AND BOOKING.COM FAIL TO INFORM US OF THIS IN ADVANCE? Hotel manager absent at weekends. Lift out of order on our arrival. The TV switched itself on independently in the middle of the first night, and so had to remain unplugged from the power socket for the rest of the stay. No hairdryer provided until begged for at reception. Room facilities not suitable for longer stays.

Convenient for the Lufthansa Airport Bus. Good wifi, but this is as expected in a contemporary hotel. Room and fixtures on our floor were newly renovated. Very pleasant cafe next door for breakfast, coffee & snacks.

- They are doing renovations! First day the noise started at 6AM, moving furniture sort of sounds. 8AM they started drilling and working with power hammers. The second day 7AM they were loading containers. 8AM - same renovation is again in full swing. In the afternoon the noise was so bad that I couldn’t hear myself thinking while wearing noise canceling headphones. So if you’re thinking of getting sleep, that’s not gonna happen. The manager just “acknowledged” the noise. Period. - they didn’t have basic amenities like toothpaste. - it’s impossible to call them. The reception desk is quite often not manned and I’ve seen the phone ringing without any - both reception staff barely spoke English, so if you don’t know German you’re out of luck. They were trying to be helpful though. - The elevator was turned off 1.5 days out of my 2 day stay. I feel lucky I was on 2nd floor. - water temperature was doing the waves that we all love: getting cold then getting hot and so on. Luckily the swings were not too severe.

The only upside is the location: very close to airport shuttle stop.

They didn't change the towels, they didn't clean the rooms, they just made the bed, the window didn't close properly so there was a lot of noise from outside. The breakfast was miserably poor.

All three beds in the room are worn out and need to be replaced. They caused me back discomfort.

You can not book people in a hotel that is under construction, shower-no water, toilet-not flushing, air conditioning-not working, over 30 degrees C, drilling early in the morning and afternoon. Absolutely not acceptable!!!
