24 hour reception is great. Staff helpfull

We tried a new room which included a kitchen in their extension building. They need to improve facilities in this building. Needs a lift, had to hand carry cases up stairs to first floor. No electrical power in kitchen area for kettle. No amenities like cups, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, spoon or stirrers. Fridge ok. Sink ok. Safe was locked and I had to get someone to open it and reset code. No toiletries but had good towels. Lighting for room not adequate especially kitchen area. Beds ok. Overall room spacious and ok but the extras need to be improved, especially the kitchen area. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

Super comfortable and friendly. Breakfast buffet was constantly topped up and fresh. Would definitely stay again.

The location is not so great but it didn’t matter for us since we just needed a place to stay overnight not far from Cologne.

Ok breakfast Comfortable beds. We had two rooms - one was with windows above the road and loud and other above parking and quiet.

The hotel itself was very nice, but there was no air con and my room was permanently 30 degrees. There was a fan in the room but it wasn't very powerful and didn't really suffice. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room nor a fridge for me to buy my own beverages. My stay was during an extremely hot spell so it was nigh on impossible to sleep even with the windows open. Staff were very nice and the room was clean. The hotel wasn't a cheap hotel so I automatically assumed these facilities would be present, lesson learnt to check in future.
