Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. GermanyYou basically have to add 12€ for parking in the underground garage as no other options are available nearby. Also, the hotel offers 7 charging places, of which 6 were occupied by non EV-cars. there are no markings or indications. On top of that the only free charger failed during the night

FranceA bit old, with old and austere furniture, shower cabin a bit low-end, very tiny and old TV. Very few restaurants and shops within less than 10-15 min walking distance. I strongly dislike this price policy (unfortunately so common) multiplying the prices by 2, 3 or more when a fair is taking place in the city.
This was one of the rare hotels with vaguely affordable prices (120 € a night) during a fair within walking distance of Frankfurt Messe (25 min). However, I had to book it almost a year in advance to have this price (it was approx. 2,5 x more expensive later on, bringing it to 300 € a night, a price which clearly does not reflect the average quality of the hotel). The personnel was rather nice.

BelgiumThere was no socket near the bed and no usb to chargers for my devices. I hope, after renovation it will change. Also I didn't enjoy the half-width blankets.
Nice room, everything clean, friendly staff, good hot water. I was allowed to take my tea to the room, which, strangely enough, is not always allowed in hotels. The hotel is being renovated now, but all the essentials were available, I was not disturbed.

GermanyThe duvet cover was with stains of blood, and 3 of the 4 pillows smelled strongly of tarred chicken. Probably feathers were inside. Also, the smell in the room was not fresh. Finally, we had 2 mattresses on a double bed, so I was constantly falling into the space between them.
Bathroom was clean, on the table there was also a carton of water. Cheap parking, the lift was in order

SwitzerlandInterior was old and it looked like it was an old Ibis hotel with a new label. I stayed at another b&b in Frankfurt last year that was much more modern and clean. Carpet in my room was very badly stained/dirty, but bed was very clean and comfortable. Car park was extremely dirty with pigeons nesting in there and a large amount of pigeon excrement on the ground to walk through to get to the hotel entrance, very helpful and friendly staff

RomaniaFor the breakfast there could be some improvements - to pay more attention at number of guests staying in the hotel and adapt it accordingly, also make necessary supplies in case if emergency.
Hotel's location is good, near the highway, there is a public transport station, which can get you in the Centre right away (10 min), practically jumping in the tram :)
