How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We've spent one night during our long trip. Our main focus were on the price, location; and also the ability to check in late. &B HOTEL Regensburg-Ost had everything what we needed and we did not disappoint. I could only recommend this hotel.

There was no shampoo in the dispenser. The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was not served around Christmas and New Year, which was not indicated when booking. Fortunately, there is a pump station with an excellent snack bar.
The location is great if you are passing through because the hotel is practically located right next to the highway. The hotel is simply and practically equipped and the price is acceptable.

The breakfast starts at 8 (at bit late for a stop over place) and is very limited.

The location is difficult to get to if you are relying on public transport.
For a last minute 1 night stay, the facilities were more than adequate. The self check-in was a great experience and the room was clean. The breakfast was great and the staff were helpful & friendly.

The name of the hotel has changed after our booking, which meant that our booking from booking.com was out or their systems. Luckily there was a room available, we got it for the price that we’ve booked it for (so prices did go up, don’t know if this hotel is worth it). The room is small, the bathroom and toilet are not that clean and smell weird.
Close to the autobahn, so location is ideal for staying a night while traveling. Bed’s are fine!

Check out is 11, not 12 as indicated by booking.com. Staff keep knocking on doors at 8 asking if you’re ready to leave for room clean. The toilet has no light so you must use your phone. The pillows are too big

For the price was extremely basic room. Toilet was fine. But the sink and shower were located separately from the toilet in the bedroom area. Bed was average comfort. There was a faint smell of stale cigarette smoke Checked in at midnight. Automated check in crashed and rebooted half way through. Managed to do it on phone via QR code instead. Door code showed on phone screen once and gained access, but then it didn't email me the code, which I hadn't noted down. So couldn't leave room until morning. I would look to stay elsewhere if I'm passing through Regensburg again
Convenient location for my trip with an EV charger (and fuel/basic rest area) 200 metres away. It was clean.

Smelled like cigarette smoke, not fun if you are 6 months pregnant (although I am a former smoker). The room had a weird layout-sink next to the bed, shower literally in the bedroom. We paid for breakfast, and although we went down 30 minutes before it was finished, there was almost nothing on the trays. The guy working there told us that it's because we are last..It wasn't before I asked if we paid for breakfast or the chance of breakfast that he filled up the trays..
