The car park, it says we have a car park but it’s actually 15 euros per night and worse thing is when you enter the car park you have to stay for minimum of 8 hours otherwise you’ll be charged the hours you parked your car , and if you come back in you have to get another ticket and pay again so if you have to go out and return in with your car it might cost you more the you paid for the hotel.

We stayed there during July, we couldn't really understand properly how the ac system worked, but the room was kept cool, the temperature was perfect so there is that, I think if you ask at the reception they would explain it if needed (the staff there was really friendly), but we didn't spend that much time in the hotel room to need that. A small fridge or cooler would be perfect when staying more then 1 or 2 days to keep a water or something in it.

I liked that everything was clean, the beds were done every day, the 24/7 reception is a big plus if you have a late or early flight. You can do the checkout by only dropping the room card at the reception so again, very useful for late/early checkouts. The room we stayed in was big enough for two people, really spacious, but it was a three person room technically so I think that if you are going to be a group of three there might be just enough space for everybody. On the same note, for the three person rooms the overhead bed might be a bit tricky to get into/get off, but sleeping in it feels very safe, even if you are afraid of sleeping in bunked beds, and it's quite spacious for an adult. The room has the basic amenities for a short stay: towels, soap, shower gel, glasses. Don't expect anything fancier, if you want to stay more then 3-4 days and you are not on a budget, you might want to find something fancier, but for a short stay, or if you don't plan on spending all day in the hotel room, it's perfect. Another good thing is the location, close to the metro station (3 minutes walk), tram station in front of the hotel building and also close to one of the bus station from the central train station (10-15 minutes walk with language). There are a lot of different restaurants and places to eat close by (from pizza to Indian/Thai/German etc. food), some great coffee shops, one opens at 7:00, and another one really cute (Le Petit Café Ost) 5 minutes away, highly recommend. You can get to the city center by feet in 20-30 minutes along Main, the neighborhood, even at night seemed quite safe if you are traveling alone.

Cleaning lady entered our room after a fast knock without even having the chance to respond. We stayed only for one day what exactly is the purpose of knocking and getting in 9:00am when check out is at 12:00? Or just give time to people to respond and don't get in. Mattress of the beds is terrible but you get what you pay for. When showering water gets cold or hot randomly. The noise from other rooms can be very loud but also standard case for ibis.

Fast check in & out. Descend room and location. Room was relatively clean. Good value for money.

Very close to the metro station, couple of coffee shops, bars etc close by, the place is very simple, very little room features, bit worn out, cleaning was minimal but sufficient, you get what you pay for, reception staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was fairly priced and convenient, perfect for an overnight stop with rapid access to the city.

The pillows are low quality and very thin; they could be improved or at least provide two per person.

Not very close to Frankfurt city center, but it’s located in a seemingly quiet area and has paid parking available nearby. It’s adequate for a short stay.

The A/C service is a joke, staff said that the A/C is general of the building and only gets activated when is more than 26 Celsius, I chose this option for the A/C, it was a completely disappointed experience.

The air conditioning wasn't working.

The location is great since it is close to different kinds of public transport. The Frankfurt Zoo is pretty close and can be easily reached by walking for a few minutes. Various delicious restaurants and bakeries are close to the hotel.

Breakfast options were limited and the cleaning staff was not very approachable. AC was not working at all.

The room was very nice and the city is very much accessible from the hotel with public transport just outside the hotel. There is also parking available.

In the morning as early as 8 we were woken up by a cleaning lady. The check out is till 12, but during the time period 8-12 cleaning ladies were constantly opening our doors then saying sorry even if we hang the do not disturb sign outside the doors.

Room was small and with only one chair and small table, not comfortable for two people. Shower box looks kinda funny but it was bigger than normal shower cubicle. Shower hose had a hole in it so we reported it. It could happen but cleaning staff must have noticed it during cleaning but didn’t report or hotel didn’t fixed it. Bigger issue was a light in toilet with move sensor. So prepare to poop in total dark after one minute or waving hands all the time to get some light. Why when the lights turns off anyway without room card? The period is shorter than in public toilets. Hairdryer can be borrowed at reception desk for 20€ deposit.

Room was clean, quiet and staff were nice and helpful. Parking was in big underground garage for 12€ per day. Hotel was near the train and subway station. I would suggest to use subway since trains were unreliable. Also if you like to walk, you can go about 2 km by foot to city center next to the river with beautiful views.

The place doesn’t have a kettle. The AC did not work, but the person working the nightshift was very polite, he came and check with me, and gave us another room. Thank you.

The rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Shower/rr area is clean. It is a tiny space, but three of us could still put our luggage down without cramming too much. The wifi is ok.
