Room was ok for short stay, location is strong part of the hotel. Price is cheaper than average hotels in the same area.

The rooms is nominally clean, but the long hair near window under curtain stayed there 3 days even rooms cleaned every day. The second day after room is "cleaned" there were hairs sticked to faucet. It is likely they use one towel to clean both floor, walls, bathroom and everything. Price is lower than average hotels in area but it is minor if you compare with dirt there. I write this review after leaving Aachen to Berlin where I stay Ibis budget otel too. But if you compare Berlin Ibis, it is one-two star above.

I don’t know who was working that night, but he spoke to me like a pig , I never been spoken to like that in my life , and I would never stop in one of those hotel again in my life, I would sooner sleep in the park

Room is very pricy, AC is not working individually, only operate by central air-condition.

Extremely slow check in due to technical issue, waiting over an hour to check in and get room access code. Zero apology, zero service recovery.

I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel, despite its low rating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the plumbing worked properly. The light from the street did not penetrate into the room. No noise was heard. The wi-fi worked perfectly. The hotel has a good location. About 15 minutes walk to the train station and the same to the Carolus Thermen. There is a public transport stop near the hotel. Shopping centers and cafes are 3-5 minutes away on foot. I did not see any declared personalities near the hotel. Everything was fine.

The pillows are too small

The room wasn’t even clean. The towels where in floor unwashed from the last person. Booked two rooms for my family and just had one because the other one wasn’t ready. Spoken with the receptionist in morning and they were surprised the room wasn’t clean and they said it was not their fault but the app booking.com because they didn’t had any rooms available. Managed to sleep 5 people in 1 room because was late arrival and reception was closed

Lovely staff. Kind and helpful. The room was small but had everything that we needed and it was very clean. Breakfast selection was good. There was a little of everything that we would usually have for breakfast. Hotel is very close to the city.

I Can't complain. Would have liked a kettle in the room but I got a selection of tea in the dining area.

Walkable distance from the centre.

We used 2 double rooms for a family of four. One of them had unbearable smell when we checked in. We opened the window and went out for dinner but when we come back the smell was still there.

The hotel and the room were clean. The room had everything needed. The location was good for me to reach a conference venue nearby. There was proper coffee at breakfast, enough choice of food, but in general it was simple. Perfectly fine hotel for 1-2 nights.

The hotel is tired and used. Everything is in okay condition, but needs renovation. Reception closes at 22:00.
