The hotel and the room were clean. The room had everything needed. The location was good for me to reach a conference venue nearby. There was proper coffee at breakfast, enough choice of food, but in general it was simple. Perfectly fine hotel for 1-2 nights.

CroatiaI stayed during 8 days, and over these days my room was not cleaned. Only the towel was exchanged and someone picked up the trash. It was obvious that the floors should have been cleaned. However, one gets general impression that the hotel is clean.
It is a nice hotel at a very good location in Aachen. It is the typical Ibis style, basic rooms with bathroom and shower, but the bed was comfortable. The personnel were friendly, they served good breakfast. It was easy to check in and check out.

ItalyThe room was a bit too small for 3 people and quite dusty. I don't suffer from dust allergies, but both of my colleagues started sneezing on the second day of our arrival. The room wasn't properly cleaned daily; a nice woman was only changing the towels and checking if we had enough toilet paper. An everyday clean is necessary, even if the bedsheets are not changed; it avoids dust accumulating on the floor. Pillows are too thin and not really comfortable to support the head during the night.
I have been travelling to Aachen for work, so I have been sharing a room with 2 of my colleagues. The hotel is located quite close to the city centre (only 10 minutes walk), where the restaurants and other facilities are, and not too far away from the train station. The room they gave us was definitely ok for the price we paid. The shower and the bathroom were big enough and clean when we arrived. The breakfast doesn't offer a wide range of different choices, but has all that is needed, either for a sweet or sour breakfast. The hotel's service matches the price we paid!

Indonesiaunfriendly staff, we had quite a heavy backpack and would like to leave it before we walked around the town, the staff just said: come back at 3 pm when it opened and we could not help you with your luggage. It is just not type of hospitality that we would like to hear from a hotel. At least give us suggestion where to go or even if we have to be charged for this, at least any solution.
Room is very clean, hot shower, heater in the room worked very well. Nothing is wrong with the room quality.

Small bed (foots sticking out). Lots of noise outside, lota of homeless people hanging around outside. No possibility to have/buy bottled water (available vending machine was empty).
