The hotel took a 300 euro deposit on check in. This deposit was not notified at the time of booking. It was not included in any terms and conditions. My booking was non refundable, and so when notified of the deposit at check in, I had no opportunity to decline this otherwise I would lose 700 euros for the booking. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. There should be prior notice for the deposit when customers are booking any stay, let alone a non refundable stay. The hotel also took around 250 euros from us at 2.30 am over two nights. We only realised this at checkout. The hotel staff were lovely and I have no complaints about them, but they immediately recognised it was a known error in the hotel system. Again, this is not acceptable that the hotel automatically takes money from customers for no reason. We lost access to the best part of 600 euros that was budgeted for our trip without any prior warning or notice. The hotel was very nice but I would expect more for 700 euros for three nights.

The room was comfortable and clean. The large king size bed is excellent. The spa is nice. The bar is elegant and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the evening shift staff at your hotel were not very pleasant. It's a five-star hotel, okay, you work at the bar, but my friend and I sat in the restaurant at 11:30. They kicked everyone out, and sent everyone away. The bar was closed because we were closing, and there was nowhere to sit. People took their champagne and wine bottles and went to their rooms. We ran into a waiter in the hallway. I don't remember his name. I told him it was very unpleasant for a five-star hotel to dismiss people like that, as if they were literally kicking them out. He replied, "What did you expect? We're going to wait for you until 5:00 in the morning." Of course, there might be renovations, there's no problem, but for an employee to use such language, to send customers sitting in the restaurant to their rooms. There's a bar there, at least five tables are open, and two people are there. Even as a courtesy, he could have stayed there until he sat down with someone.

For me it’s the best hotel in Dusseldorf. Comfortable beds , great rooms modern and clean , one of the best hotel bathrooms I have ever been in . Friendly staff and willing to do everything they can to help with the smallest issues if you had one. Great location. Luxurious hotel , it is definitely a five star hotel .

Car parking is very expensive. 35€ per night. It should be free for hotel guests.

We had a power problem in our room, causing the outlets and coffee machine to stop working. This was not fixed before we checked out. A minor "problem", more an annoyance, but I did feel like an extra coffee at my room...

U deserve to be rated 10 star 🌟 Hotel not even 5. One Nigerian guy at the restaurant with the name Innocent was so nice .He's so caring and respectful. Your hotel is sooo nice and beautiful. It's even beyond standard 💋. I will choose there over n over.

There are many!!! The Nespresso coffee machine doesn't work, the restaurant is poor, and the prices are variable, just so you know, you all have a problem, exploit it the people !!! Thank you !!!
