Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The quality of the food was amazing. Never before have I tasted such a delicious home-made asparagus soup. The breakfast was equally delicious. Walking the dog in the neighbourhood was easy as there are woodland/riverside walks diagonally across from the hotel.

Would love some fresh cut fruit for breakfast, I’m not a fan of fruit salads.
Clean and comfortable, great for a stop over while driving, and a restaurant onsite with something for everyone. Easy parking, nice area for a stroll in the evening.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing after the wonderful dinner the night before. We have no problem with a buffet but a little input from staff would have helped.
The highlight of the visit was dinner. It was asparagus season and the white asparagus special with Hollondaise, ham and new potatoes was outstanding and reasonably priced. There was a wonderful white wine chosen specially to go withasparagus.

This was on a Monday night, when we believe most restaurants are shut in Germany. As a result the hotel reastaurant was full to bursting and the service was a little slow.
This was a repeat over-night stay, so everything was as expected. We requested a ground-floor room which was provided and was spacious and quiet. For dinner, excellent schnitzel. Good selection for beakfast and we were quickly on our way.

I arrived a lot later than anticipated and was welcome regardless. Pleasant and good sized room, efficient shower. Very pleasant dining and breakfast rooms. Food was good, served by staff with a good enough command of English. Parking on site was limited due to popularity of restaurant but there was alternative opposite.

Nothing really, just disappointed that weather was bad so we didnt really get chance to use and appreciate the outdoor space at the hotel

Unfotunately the rooms at the top floor are not very convenient, first because there is no elevator, and also because the bed is not at the right place within the room. In addition, the bed was not comforteable at all.
Everithing was very clean. Location is convenient if you travel. The food serverd in the restaurant was good. The staff was nice and helpful.

Lobby and reception needs a total upgrade , very negative first impression . stayed on the 2nd floor with dogs , there is no lift only steep staircase, I lift would improve the comfort when travelling with a lot of luggage etc.
Guest room was very good and newly refurbished and also very clean. Dinner in restaurang was very good with great staff. breakfast was ok with an ok selection. city center is close by and only 5 minutes walking distance , nice little city

The breakfast was disappointing for the price. Various things had either run out or not filled up and there was only 1 staff, who also was a bit dismissive when asked for help.
The room is spacious and good and the location off the motorway and in green nature is great. The ground are beautiful.

It would have been better if the room was arranged with the bed away from the slopping ceiling or with a comfy chair/sofa but other than that everything was perfect.
Really friendly staff and lovely modern, immaculately clean room. Good location not far from motorway but quiet and rural with a town within walking distance that has all amenities. Good breakfast buffet.
