It turned out to be a bit of a challenge to get to share drinks with family at the premises who all stayed there. The hotel has no bar, and the "vending machine" was inaccessible the whole wwekend outside reception hours - that's my impression. And I may be wrong.

The houses and the rooms are well kept. Breakfast offered a good choice

I did not get the memo on how to join WLAN/wifi. I could not teach anyone because reception was closed and Bery my phone doesn’t work without wifi. I did not receive any card or paper with password, and did not find anything in the room. There was a tablet in the room, but I didn’t know how to work it. It also needed wifi to work properly.

This was an exceptional apartment in the centre of the city near to the beautiful cathedral. I stayed here with my three young sons (10, 8 and 7) and they all loved it. Some coffee pods and a machine would have been nice but that is really splitting hairs!

The parking in a public carpark was very close but it was difficult dropping off the cases while parking outside in an area where it said no stopping

I was a bit sad to see that the double bed was actually 2 single mattresses joined together and hence they had a gap between them, which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep, if they add a mattress filler between them then it would be totally perfect and 10/10 rating for the hotel. The other reason I gave a 9/10 rating was the Decke/blanket. They were small for me, and I don't think I am taller than the average German. I am 6ft 1" tall, but if I took the blanket on me, either my feet or my upper body would be out of it, so that was a bit uncomfortable.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is very central, and we could very easily reach almost all the important spots and places to visit by just walking. when we wanted to go to Heinz Nixdorf Museum we took a bus by walking for just 5 minutes and reached the place in only 15 mins. They also have a cool offer, you can ask the cleaning service not to clean and in return, you can get a free drink from their fridge.

The noise from the traffic outside. The windows had to remain open due to the heat as there was no air conditioning in the room.

The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful as we had many questions. The Hotel was easy to find and the public parking was within walking distance. There was a dedicated space at the rear of the hotel to store our bikes. The room was bright and very clean. The sitting area downstairs was very welcoming and relaxing after a day of walking around the town.

Very nice place. The location is very good, close to the city center. The place is very cosy, the rooms are spacious and clean, beds comfy. It was cold outside were we were there but the rooms were warm. That was important to me. I really apreciated the fact that you could enjoy for free tea and coffee every time you need it.

Soap: I hate this liquid soap dispensers. An old, efficient, little soap bar would be very much appreciated!

Breakfast simple but complete. Very good bread and viennoiseries. Premises a bit old style but this is the its character. Room comfortable, heating system very efficient: possible to find convenient room temperature.
