Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyNothing (for those of limited mobility, the lack of a lift might be problematic, but we appreciated the beautiful wooden staircases leading to the upper floors).
The hotel is in an excellent location in the very centre of Weimar, easy to access and close to many of the historic sites in the old town centre. All the facilities and room furnishings are modern, the rooms are bright and airy, and the outlook delightful. A very good breakfast is provided in the airy breakfast room, which also offers the possibility of sitting in the 'wintergarten' and terrace. Finally, we found all the hotel staff to be helpful and friendly. All in all, we thought the hotel not only offered a very enjoyable stay, but provided excellent value for money. Weimar is a town that repays multiple visits and we will certainly plan to stay in the hotel on our next swing through the region.

GermanyTerrible guest management. We were greeted by a man who got mad at us for not using the 15€ x night parking lot. He was extremely rude. We didn't know that there is no lift in the hotel, which meant my 85 year old father and mother had to carry their suitcases upstairs (no help was offered from the rude receptionist). We never saw him again, basically because the reception was always closed, so no way of getting restaurant tips, etc. The room was never cleaned, although there cleaning personal was inside. The breakfast was extremely poor (in quantity, quality and diversity). For 130€ a night each room, we have expected much more.

United KingdomThe staff at breakfast time were somewhat unfriendly. Noise was a problem in the mornings as adjoin factifies had chilled items delivered, but this caused refrigerated lorries to leave their engines running.
