The hotel is older and it shows a little. The bathroom was not perfectly cleaned as for my standards, shower head was broken (you could shower but it was bothersome) and the water took ages to warm up and was very difficult to put into the right temperature.

Great location and easy acces to the train/underground. No problem with the check-in and check-out and the hours of it are very accommodating as well. Accessible parking spots for not as high of a price as in the near by hotels. Tasty breakfast with wide variety of foods - you can eat something different for the whole weekend.

Only thing that we didn't really like was the fact that there was no door or shower curtain for shower and therefore the whole bathroom got very wet from the shower. Also you only could use bathroom ventilator together with light - they had same switch. I don't know if it was only our bathroom, but also the sink drained very slowly, so you had to make sure that you didn't overflow it. And last thing to point out, there is no ventilation/climate control in the room, so we just opened our window.

Me and my brother stayed in this hotel for three nights during Lollapalooza festival. Location was very good as it was only couple of train stops aways from Olympicstadion. We didn't have time to visit Berlin city center, but it wouldn't have been hard to travel there as this hotel is walking distance from Charlottenburg train stop. We used S-bahn for traveling. You can easily travel from airport to Charlottenburg stop by S9 train. It is an hour ride, but it was nice to see Berlin through train window. Check-in was easy and staff was very nice, warm and welcoming. We also had hotel breakfast, which for us was okay - there is many drink options, different cereal, sandwich material, warm food and some sweets. The bread selection was very good in my opinion. Room was small, but very cozy. It definately had some spots here and there that could need some refreshment, but we didn't mind. Our room was on the second floor facing parking lot and I would say that it was rather quiet.

If I had one problem it would be the room sound isolation, I could hear people next door talking and hear water from their shower very clearly. Expected for old buildings despite the new renovation.

I stayed alone for one night in a regular room, the room and the hotel seems freshly renovated, everything is still new and looks and works as expected. Room was very clean, spacious enough and very comfortable beds too.

1. The shower was half broken. The rainshower wasn't working and the shower head couldn't be fixed at a height. 2. Two twin bed mattresses together, which is not very comfortable. Also, tiny twin blankets. 3. I was told I could check in early but when I came they said I should have reserved 24h in advance, so I had to wait in the lobby, which was okay.

Great location, nice staff, comfortable room with a comfy armchair and a good desk/working space. It was easy to connect the TV to my phone, which is always a plus. Breakfast was pretty great.

The hotel was great for the price, but a few things definitely bothered me. I came 30 minutes before 3, they said the room wasn’t ready - understandable, I waited. Around 3 other people started checking in but no one gave us any attention. When I asked can I check in now, they said yes. I guess that’s a small thing, but made me feel not welcomed. Then they changed me city tax, I said I paid that through my Booking beforehand, showed the receipt but they still made me pay. The next day when checking out, the lady in the reception was super nice and I explained it to her, but the situation was still unclear - I was told to ask for a refund from booking.com. The floors in the room were dusty, white socks were instantly dirty. The water pressure in the toilet and the sink wasn’t great, water did not go away. Otherwise the location and everything else was alright.

I really like this hotels breakfast, also staff is friendly and helpful. Ideal hotel for work travels, peaceful environment and relaxing atmosphere in the room. Good transport connections from the city center and the airport.

I preferred a double bed but the bed is merged by two single bed with separated blankets, but the mattress is comfortable. Also, you can hear the next doors' activities clearly.

The room is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and they provided luggage storage for early arrivers.

The whole place is cozy and very clean, the room was spacious and pretty, the bed very comfortable. Yummy breakfast and checkout at 12 is a bonus.

Everything was very clean and bed was made every day by room service. Location was amazing with a lot of places to eat or drink, also metro station 5 minutes from property. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, talking in English. Highly recommend.

This hotel fulfilled my needs for a short business stay. All was good, including the breakfast, at a very reasonable cost.

Everything was fine, but we asked for a double bed, and got two beds put together that separated into a hole during the night which is inconvenient but not the end of the world. All in all, great value for it's price.

Clean bedrooms, good location. We chose the hotel because we needed a safe space to park the car, but they only had 3 or 4 spots that were taken during our whole stay, so we ended up parking for free in the streets.

The staff were great. They offered drinkable and healthy herbal water every day and it was very tasty. They offered us 2 alternative transportation so that we could go to the airport at 3 am. The condition and cleanliness of the room was in order. It is close to the metro station.

i fell out of the bed: I think it sloped very slightly. The ad said toiletries: I would have liked hard soap rather than the liquid provided, and a face cloth. One's own are not easy to pack wet. If they tend to get stolen, just provide those thin ones one used to get on flights. The checking in was not smooth as it proved difficult to find my reservation.

Oats and raisins for breakfast! The rest was good too, but just matching the price. View over courtyard. Free drinks in the lounge were welcoming.
