There was no elevator, which is probably true for most places in the area. This resulted in you having to carry your luggage to the upper floors yourself. The place does not have a restaurant, and there are no eating places immediately nearby. Its a little far away from the city centre, but its not that bad because there are bus stops within 100 meters.

The property is clean, and well maintained. It offers a delicious and rich breakfast in the morning. The owner is exceptionally helpful, and she made the stay a lot easier and comfortable. There is daily housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms themselves are big and comfortable.

There wasn't anything in particular that I disliked — everything was as expected and satisfactory.

The hotel offers great value for money. The location is convenient and peaceful, ideal for a short stay in Tübingen. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.

I arranged a trip with two colleagues from overseas. Naturally they had larger suitcases with them. As an elevator was missing they face a little hard time to get in and leaving their room. That was the only negative point to state.

Internet was unusable. If you are on bed, there is no WiFi. They need to add a repeater n 3rd Floor.

The location was well off the beaten track. The reception was not often manned which was very inconvenient should the guests need anything. The room could have been more thoroughly cleaned.

I didn't have any problem during my stay, but some advices to others are: I did not see any elevator, so avoid this hotel if you have mobility problems. The door is kept closed some hours of the day, so you cannot forget your key.

The Hotel is small, but very well organized. The neighborhood is residential, so very quiet. The room has a good size, and the single mattress was confortable. There is a complementary breakfast that is very good. Staff is very kind.

The hotel was supposed to be near the city centre. Whilst this was not untrue per se, it is a very steep climb, very exhausting for us pensioners.

WiFi doesn't work for me. In my room, I can't connect my computer and phone to the WiFi at all. Very poor connection. Also, the bed makes a sound...

It's really quiet, and I like the way they serve brey. It's with a family style. The room is very big, and I also have a big balcony. Generally it's comfy.

Wifi code was not shown in the room. But the second day, after the staff pointed out, I found the code was stated on a sticker on the front desk. Well, it would be great to make it more clear for guests. But then, this was just a small problem.

The hotel is situated in a very quiet area. It looks small at the first impression, but after staying for two nights, we actually found everything we need. Private parking can be found in front of the hotel entrance and also back doors. We stayed on weekdays (but during school vacations of Easter) and have no problems to find parking lot after 8pm when returning to the hotel. And it's free. Also breakfast is in included in room price. During our stay we only see the staff (probably the owner himself) at noon when checking in and every morning when he prepares breakfast for guests. There was no front desk at night, we used the room key also for the hotel door. I would say this is not a extraordinarily friendly hotel, but we felt quite relax and comfortable. With the price given and the free parking/breakfast, we will surely consider to stay again next time.

Hotel prices in general are high in this area, and this one was more than I wanted to pay, but much less than if we stayed in town.

A 15 minute walk i to the center of town so the neighborhood was quiet. Breakfast was really nice. The room was very clean.

Walking to the hotel from the centre of Turbingen is quite an exercise! It wasn't really an issue for us - but it could be difficult for some guests.

We stayed at Hotel Katharina Garni so that my son could visit the University where he was considering studying. The hotel was peaceful, very clean and the owners made a special effort to cater for our arrival at a slightly unusual time. The breakfasts were nice.
