Basically nothing, but we've stayed just for 2 days. Probably, if to stay longer, then the lack of proper kitchen and a tiny fridge might pose a problem.

Very good location! Right in the very centre. Super friendly staff speak German, English and some of them Russian. Rooms are clean and all the cleaning procedures were done every day, though we stayed during weekdays, don't know about weekends. Welcome drinks were a very pleasant surprise.

The AC didn't work in the room i was given

The AC didn't work in the room i was given but the staff upgraded my room for free and let me move to the suite where the AC worked. The rooms are very big and spacious.

Just one small point: while the property is wheelchair-friendly, not all the rooms are. We were travelling with a baby and needed to carry a pram. However, we could only get a room which needed 10-12 stairs to climb every time.

The property's location is excellent - just opposite St. Peter's cathedral and very near to most of the major tourist attractions. Our room was neat and spacious, and the reception desk staff was also very helpful. We had requested for a baby cot and a kettle and they had provided both.

The signage outside of the hotel was minimal and it was difficult to find upon arrival. Also, the staff was not overly friendly upon arrival.

The room was well appointed, spacious, and had a wonderful view of the St.Peter's Church.

1. Wheelchair Ramp 2. The elevator; the door of which tried to close as many as 11 times before finally closing completely after which it went up or down!

Everything except the Wheelchair Ramp on the Second Floor. It is MUCH TOO NARROW!!!! We were VERY LUCKY to have other guests to help carry the wheelchair up or down the stairs!!!!

I almost missed the train schedule..because I ordered a taxi at 10:15 to go to the station..because I brought 2 big suitcases..and I repeatedly reminded them to be on time..my train was 10:46...when I waited..until 10:25..the taxi didn't come..and the receptionist said that the taxi company had run out of cars so they couldn't come to pick me up...this was the first time I had the worst commitment experience..and one of the employees who helped solve this problem didn't even seem to accept my complaint...very annoying and unprofessional..I was very disappointed with the taxi's promise that was missed and didn't inform me..and there was almost no solution...even though Axi finally came at 10:30..this incident was really inappropriate

The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. We stayed at the ACHAT at the beginning and end of a bike trip, and on both occasions, this was true - hairs, not ours, on the counter on one occasion and on the floor the other time. Also, the staff at the front desk could have been more personable.

The ACHAT is centrally located near the Regensburg Dom, an easy walk from the train station and to the many sights and attractions of the town. The staff is accommodating for baggage drop-off before check-in, and responsive to “Booking” communication. Rooms are comfortable, with places to store items.

The room lighting is a little quirky and not much storage space in the bathroom.

The location is perfect, about a 10 minute walk to the train station and across the street from the beautiful Cathedral of St. Peter. The hotel is located in a quieter area. Loved the restaurant and beer garden attached to the hotel building. Comfortable bed, linens and pillows. Also enjoyed having a coffee machine and mini fridge in the room.

When booking via booking.com you get the cheaped rooms available. Our double room was made as a single room, good space for such. I have seen this on more hotels, the booking.com custumers are second class !!!

Great accomodation for an overnight stay on our way to a river cruise. Spacious room, comfy bed, nice birgarten behind hotel. Nice size bathroom with hot water instantly. No hair conditioner provided but brought our own. Nice work area, beautiful big windows and old world charm. Very good customer service. We did not have a reservation for the birgarten but a lovely waitress seated us at a bigger table with a two hour max since a larger group was coming in. She was so friendly and accomodating. Location was good; across the street from the Dom Cathedral. Several blocks away from the main happenings but quick walk to the train station. Overall happy with our stay.
