The bed wasn’t our favorite. It’s two single beds moved together but not mounted together. So the beds move apart during the night…

The bedroom window was covered by a grille and I couldn't work out how to open it. It didn't bother me until just before I left.....

Lovely quiet location on a nature reserve with ample free parking and plenty of walks around the reserve in amongst the lakes off the Rhine river. Good size rooms with big windows and full length sutters to keep the heat out when it's hot. Good breakfast and indoor/outdoor dining spaces. We had the evening buffet with good salad options

We were looking for a comfortable and quite place ( allowing a small dog ) and it’s exactly what we got! Easy parking, dinner at the terrace with lake-view, a spacious room and an abundant breakfast. Last but not least: very friendly welcome and friendly hotelcrew!

what would really help is an air conditioner or vent in the bedroom. the weather was now around 15 - 20 degrees celsius and therefore already quite warm in the bedroom with sleeping.

Well appointed rooms, very good value for money buffet, helpful staff, nice location on a nature reserve just outside Mannheim near the Rhine river. Free parking, nice restaurant with good service The hotel was quiet overall, less than 10 guests plus a corporate event in the meeting room on our day of departure

We arrived a little early (about an hour before check in) and while we could sit on the very nice terrace, we were unable to get a drink or a snack, not great after a long drive. We were also informed that the restaurant was closed all day that day. Another point to note was, as it was a hot day and night, while the rooms had great electric blinds (take a bit of working out) and patio doors, they could really do with aircon or at the very least a fan in the room. The latter i was informed on check out could be provided on request.

The Hotel was a little bit out of our way, but it looked a great place for a stop over as we were travelling with our German Shepard, and it was. Room size was excellent and very well equipped. The hotel location itself is great, right next to a lake and a small beach area, quite picturesque. Our room was on the 1st floor and had a very nice very out over the lake. While the Hotel's own restaurant was closed, there were others recommended within walking distance (the region is series of small lakes and is like a big holiday park), We chose a very nice restaurant called Haus zum Zander which is also set lake side and we were treated to a great sunset dinner.

For future it would be great if there is a/c in the room cause during the summer season the the temperature in the room is extremely hot.

A good amount of animal hair at the edges of the carpet/wall.

The location was excellent. On a small swimmable lake, close to biking and running trails. Good breakfast. Fans available from reception if the room is too hot. Lots of small restaurants in the area. Speyer close by. Pet friendly for those with them.

Great hotel in a beautiful setting by the lake. Extremely friendly staff both in the reception and in the restaurant. The restaurant has seeting outside by the lake and it is very nice dining there in tthe evening. The breakfast was superb and the breakfast room was so beautiful. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in this area.
