Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomNot much in the immediate area in the way of evening dining options, but there’s a great ‘grilled chicken man’ van in nearby Lidl car park. Beds were a bit firm & creaky, but okay.
Very convenient close to autobahn junction, nice functional room, good shower. Lots of parking and several EV chargers on site. Receptionist was pleasant and really helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

United KingdomA shame about the inability to use the EV charging overnight due to the app not being available to UK SIMs.
Pleasant welcome upon arrival, with the receptionist speaking good English. Fairly simply-furnished room, but plenty of storage space. Unfortunately, no tea / coffee making facilities in the room. Comfortable bed meant we enjoyed a good night's sleep, with the hotel being located in a reasonably quiet, semi-industrial area with little activity overnight. Good bathroom facilities, with powerful shower. Breakfast was available in the comfortable restaurant - with friendly staff in attendance - with a decent selection of items including a limited hot selection. Free car parking, with several EV charging points (7kW). Unfortunately, the app for using these only seemed to recognise German SIMs so we were unable to take advantage of overnight charging. As a bit of a bonus the hotel backs on to a Lidl supermarket which enabled us to buy some food for our onwards journey. We will be happy to use this hotel again if we are travelling in this area.

Germanybeds were fine, but not massively comfortable. could have more plugs near bedside. room could have a fridge inside, that would have been great (but this wasn't advertised, so not something i expected). just a very simple hotel room (surcharge for the taylor swift event, but that is to be expected)
