My room was very beautiful and the bed comfy. The price was very good and it’s in front of a tram stop, which takes you in 7 min to the old town or one can even walk :-)

A small kitchen in the room had a stove, but it could not be used for lack of cookware. Quite noisy at night as the windows of our room faced the road and we kept them open because of the heat.

Location is nice, walking distance from the city center, Zitadelle Petersberg, and REWE :) Communication worked without problems via emails. A safe with key was found easily.

The room met my expectations. First they provided me the room at 4th floor, that was not great for me and asked staff to change the room. Then they gave a room in second floor, that’s quit good in fact great. I was happy to stay there.

Breakfast was ok for me because I don’t like to eat the same breakfast everyday. But it was quite good.

arrived late 1800 reception closed so they gave me a safe code out in the yard for my key. when I got there so dark couldn’t see properly no envelope waiting in safe with my name with keys. asked lady who was trying to get dog indoors she mumbled something and then came back with a key for me and when I tried to show my passport and ask for a map etc she just mumbled and went back inside . apparently she was the owner! the next day I was told I had a double room the wrong room and I would have to move my stuff into a single room up the corridor as the hotel was full and the owner had got it wrong! the reception was only open for limited hours again I tried to show the passport but he wasn’t interested. he said breakfast was15 euro and i could pay on the last day. I wasn’t paying 15 euro for breakfast . I had booked through booking.com and as I use them all the time assumed the bill was sorted as I had recently updated my credit card with them after 3 years of no travel. next thing the hotel is telling me o haven’t paid! I had left at 0630 to catch train and again reception wasn’t open. had to leave key on floor outside locked reception. then they are txting me as I am on the train with intermittent Wi-Fi and then trying to check in and saying I haven’t paid and they were sure I wanted to sort it out and didn’t want to escalate the situation! I have never not paid in my life. I sent my card details twice and they said they had not received them as it probably went straight to booking.com and their virtual assistan t jept saying they’d get back to me in24 hours. the hotel kept saying they hadn’t been paid and could I send my credit card details via their email address . in the end I gave in but not happy as not sure if secure and what happened to my details the twice I sent via booking.com website ? I hope they haven’t been compromised .

It's simple but nice: en-suite room with desk and kettle, decent furnishing, good Wi-Fi. I collected the key from the reception, but apparently there is also the night safebox option. Two trams stops from the city center, and there are some good places to eat and drink in the vicinity.

The location is confusing. We were lost. But over all. The Staff were so patient with us .

The furniture had seen better days, the blind was broken and the TV remote needs cleaning. Why is there no information even about the hotel, WiFi code and emergency exit routes to be found?

i did not like at night when someone stays open and closed the doors i don't know whyyy !!! I wake up a lot on the doors sounds stared from 00:00 am until maybe 2:00 am i was have headache.

i like the system in general how i can take the key and i liked the room in general it was clean and the caredors.

Staying here in the summer time was unfortunately not as comfortable because the rooms were extremely hot and there is no air condition. A small fan was provided but the room felt like a sauna.

I’ve chosen this hotel multiple times as it is cheap and central. The rooms are comfortable.
