Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

GermanyThe staff just brushed off some of my legitimate complaints and I haven’t received a refund for the remaining of my deposit. Also, the breakfast is very basic and expensive.
The property is nice, clean and good located.

BahrainThe room had no mini refrigerator and was a bit medium-sized but manageable enough for two travelers with two large suitcases. With regard to the neighborhood area, it’s centrally located but not a good area to stay for families or if traveling with kids. Despite that, it’s still safe enough and the hotel entrance at night is controlled. Noise from near by outdoor gym classes in the early morning, I think this is also out of hotel’s hands but maybe if the near by facility can be a bit considerate, that would be great.
The rooms were both air conditioned, although our visit was during summer time yet the weather was a bit chill so the air conditioning did a great job for such mild summer. The cleanliness of the rooms and all facilities were very carefully taken care of. I want to thank the cleaning staff they were very attentive to our requests and they kept the rooms spotless. Beds were really comfy, great night sleep.

SpainWe had problems with the ticket in the parking place. The location is good in the city, sadly the area is full of people who don't make you feel safe, drug addicts, drunk people etc.

GermanyThere are some homeless and junkies in the area. It is not dangerous, I guess. But it is worth to mention.
It is in the center of the city. The hotel parking is with a gate door, so it is accessible from the hotel only. The breakfast is OK. The AC works perfect. It is a very nice hotel and totally worth it.

United KingdomSome ground floor room is next to a temporary beach club and loud music can be heard throughout the day. However they turn the music down at night so it's not all night. I booked 2 x twin rooms and was given only 1 twin room and a double room.
Short walk from Frankfurt main train station however depending on the route it can take you through parts of the rougher area however it felt relatively safe, there is a lot of homelessness in and they seem to be living on the nearby streets. The hotel is modern, AC in the rooms worked really well. There is a e-scooter parking spot right outside which is really useful. It's near lots of small kiosks so useful for stocking up on water, drinks, snacks etc.

UkraineThe hotel’s location is terrible. If you want to take an evening walk, it feels very unsafe. The area is filled with drug users, homeless people, and strange individuals. There’s shouting, people running around — it all looks like a scene from a movie where you’ve ended up in the wrong neighborhood.
A simple hotel. Clean, with a newly renovated room. Comfortable bed.

IndiaWe had to book room withou t breakfast because there was no option to include breakfast while booking . After we added breakfast while checking in , it became quite expensive . We felt quite bad and highly disappointed . We had no option as we are a pretty old and senior citizen couple ( 74+ and 68+) .

BelgiumThe area surrounding the hotel is a bit "strange" at night. Homeless people, alcoholism, drugs. It's not the hotel's fault, nor can they solve these problems, but it's always good to know. If your car is larger than a city car, prepare to sweat a bit when entering the parking. Great space inside, but the first curve to enter is a bit discouraging. The two cars in front of me gave up and simply drove away...
Basically, everything is just right. Really nice room, great bed.
