I arrived on Sunday so understandably Weimar was v quiet but the locals were marvellous with their random acts of kindness.

The breakfast was excellent, room v clean and comfortable. the location was excellent.

too cold in rooms (batheroom and one bedroom without a heating), poor internet, practically not working, nothing warm for breakfast, no fruit&vegs

Seriously, one expects to find shampoo and/or body wash in a hotel these days. Not here - just one tiny bar of soap. One person could survive for one night, but this is taking stinginess to an extreme. This part isn't a complaint - just a report. Breakfast included a pre-prepared plate of meat and cheese. Quantities of everything were sufficient. I suppose part of that serving process is about hygiene (although considering the toiletries approach, it could be about portion control) but no one - staff or other guests - wore masks as they moved about. Note that the hotel, at least at present, is cash only.

Reasonably convenient location. Comfortable room. Rate not too bad for wildly-overpriced Weimar.

The only thing that we didn't like was that payment is only possible in cash.

The location near to the Congresszentrum was very convenient, parking was free, the room was clean and functional. A satisfactory breakfast is also provided.

Very nominal facilities are available. Hardly one bar soap and no other toiletries were there. No elevator available. A bit expensive considering the facilities available. No buffet breakfast available.

Good Clean Room. Two separate beds were provided. Staff are very nice. Bathrooms towels and bedroom linens were very neat and tidy.

Sorry, but although the staff/owners were very nice and the actual location and facilities ok, the room smelled very badly! So bad that you felt like you wanted to wash your clothes after staying even with the windows open. I didn't complain because it was a last minute wkend room and didn't feel like I had much choice due to late arrival. If I had time I would have tried to find something else. Also the staff only took cash no credit cards, perhaps I missed this in the online registration, but fortunately I have just enough to pay without hunting down an ATM and returning.

Tea and coffee making facilities would have been appreciated, maybe even a small fridge in the room.

Easy-going, very friendly and considerate landlords. Immaculately clean rooms and breakfast area. Host went out of his way to provide for our vegan diet. Communication was excellent, from dicussing vegan dietary requirements to check-in and check-out. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, the bed comfortable, the shower wonderfully hot (bring your own toilettries as only a small piece of soap is provided), the towels soft. Breakfast was opulent and served with a smile. Also: only a short walk from the Bauhaus Museum.

I think the bed sheets were not changed before I go to that room. I am not sure about it. I just saw hair on the bed sheet.

I think breakfast can be improved by providing eggs.

we had do walk two stories up to our room with heavy suitcases. This is only for young people. They turned off the heating at night. ( the end of February) The water was cold. There was no working wifi
