Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Czech RepublicCleaning could be better, there were spiderwebs in the bedroom and bathroom. I also found a lot of hair in one of the beds when I went to sleep. I wonder if they changed the sheets from the previous guest.
The space of the rooms and bathroom is great, everything seems to be new. Check-in/out was also easy. Cost-benefit is good.

LatviaBed was little bit uncomfortable, also was mentioned, that there is washing machine (needed to use public laundromat). And need to put apartment numbers on doors.
Apartment was nice. There is good kitchen with dishwasher and with dishes and pans, shower, 2 separate (bedroom/living room) rooms. Area is also nice, and there are 2x bus stops, that takes you to the city centre in 5-10 min.

RussiaSince it was a business trip, I was kinda busy and didn’t had a chance to reach my computer until the weekend. However, the manager was keep asking me about positive feedback of my stay during the week which was quite annoying. Also I was surprised that this is the apartment like in Airbnb, because in the description it says “apart hotel”. I was expecting to see a reception or something, instead it was tricky find the entrance and the key. A small E-Mail with the description how to get inside would have solve this issue.
I was traveling for work and it was almost night when I reached the property. The manager on the phone was very helpful in finding the entrance and the key (this is the apartment with two bedrooms). What I got was big, clean, renoviert rooms with everything a person after a long trip needs to feel at home. There were water, coffee and towels like in the hotel. During my long trip this was the best place I’ve stayed.

HungaryThe apartment hadn't been cleaned since it's last occupant. There were food crumbs all over, trash in the trashcan, bath towel was damp and hand towels were wet. Bed sheets were dirty. We had booked for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids), but there was only 2 duvets and 2 pillows and only 1 towel. Later we got a message about we could find more somewhere else in the apartment, but it was already too late. We were provided a phone number to call - we tried calling 5 times, left voice message and texted twice (normal SMS and WhatsApp) but no answer. We started already in the car, 30 mins before arrival. We were close to leaving the property after having waited over 20 mins at the place without being able to reach anyone. Finally we got a text message, that they weren't able to talk, only SMS, since they were at a party. We sorted things out over SMS, but this was a very annoying check-in process when it is late at night and with 2 kids. At 275 EUR for 1 night without breakfast, this needs to be much better.
Location was great for someone travelling on the motorway. Apartment had what is needed. Some of the issues we had are understandable because we booked late, but if the phone had been picked up, we could have sorted this.

Germanythe flat was large and well layed out. There was a big bedroom and a kitchen with a coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom was clean and had everything you needed too. There were 4 coffee pods for us there too. The bed was very comfy. Everything was very clean too. Check in was easy with a code for the lockbox and we had no problems. All the windows had Rollos which was great and it was very quiet and we heard nothing in the bedroom from the street. There are fields around the corner too, so was perfect for walks with our dog.
