Nothing - would stay here again in a heart beat ! Just hope they have replaced the awful toaster in the breakfast area !

This is a very comfortable 4 star hotel near a city centre. It is in a great location within walking distance to the city / old town, the subway and the trains The standards of cleanliness and service are absolutely excellent. Comfortable rooms and beds and a very good breakfast buffet make this a really good choice in Munich. If you are travelling by train this is the perfect hotel as the SBAHN (SUBWAY Trains) come right to the hotel.

The breakfast in the room was downright bad. The reception was kind enough to give a discount afterwards. The rooms are outdated and small.

I noticed that an additional charge of €50 was made to my credit card after my recent stay at your hotel. I believe this may be related to breakfast, but since it should have already been covered by my deposit, it seems I was charged again. I need to contact the hotel to ask for a refund. It's very onerous.

White sausages were very nice. Generally white sausages are available only in the morning. Restaurants don't provide them in the evening. Therefore, it is very pleasant to find white sausages at the breakfast at the hotel.

Breakfast assortment of fruits could be improved Coffee machine in the breakfast restaurant feels a bit outdated and slow for 2025 and a hotel of that size and cost per room. A few more hot food options would be nice. Room fridge not very cold or practical for its size.

Safe location within walking distance of the old town. Supermarkets are across the road. Restaurant options nearby. Hygiene products by Crabtree. Easy to get to and from the airport as the hotel sits above a S-train stop with direct connection to Munich airport.

Breakfast is way too expensive and of pour quality. Would not recommend to have breakfast at the hotel. There are planty of good places nearby. Staff was not friendly at check-in

Cleanliness was a slight issue - the towels in the bathroom didn't smell great, and the room didn't seem to have been cleaned very well either (there were a couple of paper clips on the floor). Overall quite expensive for the basic amenities the room provides

Great location, walking distance to the city centre (Marienplatz) plus super convenient to have the train station (trains to airport) accessible from within the hotel lobby. Beds and room were overall comfortable, even if the room was not very well cleaned

The bathroom doesn't have 2 places to hang your towels. Otherwise, all was great

Everything about the Hilton experience was fabulous, very professional friendly and helpful staff. Also being located right next to the train station was great. The room was comfortable....very happy with our stay there.

Breakfast was ridiculously expensive, not good value & not even with proper coffee. Not a smart TV in room. English TV channels didn't work.

Good location and in nice area. S-bahn handy. Nice cafes nearby for breakfast, near platz. Clean & decent sized room. Concierge helpful for questions.
