Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWashing machine is only one. Dryer takes more than 2 hours and still does not dry properly. There is no booking system for Washing machine and dryer. Lifts are smelling. Plates and cups are not washed properly. Smell like egg. No drinking water. No mini frij.

The room was quiet. The hotel is close to train station - "donnerbergerbruke". Better to get of at the back side of st (while coming from Airport) & take a short walk which is a bonus. No good restaurants nearby. One Shady Pizza joint - Viona - not sure whether you can visit the place with family though. However a few meters walk off the main raod, there is a residential area where you can find decent food joints.

United StatesShower temperature control is bad. It's one where you set the temperature and it's supposed to regulate it. But it goes between hot and lukewarm constantly. We stayed in two different rooms and both had this issue.
Great location, two Tram lines (18, 19) stop right outside. S-Bahn stop is 3 minutes away. Room was modern and comfortable, a little tight, but fine. Breakfast is great, large variety of food (incl. eggs, bacon, sausage, german breads etc.). Staff is helpful and friendly.
