Close to station.. Very helpful staff member. Room was fine and bathroom good. Although construction work was going on next door from around 8am it did not disturb me. And when I left my luggage and collected it later, the staff member offered the facilities on the first floor without my asking.

Located very near the train station. Really appreciate the lift access, air cond, access to food right downstairs. Baggage storage was good too.

Room 109 had a small window overlooking a fire escape and wall, so not much natural light came in during the day. It was fine for a short stay, but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer.

The hotel's closeness to the train station was invaluable, making travel very convenient. There are also plenty of great eateries and shops right at hand, which made the stay even more comfortable. Room 109 had a bathroom that felt almost ballroom-sized, which I really enjoyed. The place is well-equipped, the staff are very kind, and it offers good value for anyone on a shoestring budget.

The general sewer gas smell you get from the city's drains also comes up the bathroom drains making the bathroom stinky. Not much they can do about this.

Great location for the main train stain, S-bahn, U-bahn and trams, as well as walking a few blocks to the old town. There is a shopping mall with multiple grocery stores underground as part of the S-Bahn so look for that. Very busy city street but it's fine. The desk staff were always friendly and present, Lenny (spelling?) in particular. It has individual air conditioning that worked really well!

Being super close to the main station is a huge draw (even despite the construction going on in the surrounding area). It was good for the price, I didn't have any major problems, standard cheap hotel.

The location of the hotel is really good, 5 minutes walk from the train station. The subway station is just outside the door every day.

My only real critique would be the nighttime noise. I felt like either there were just a lot of loud guests or I could hear everyone and everything. The first night we stayed I swear there was someone intentionally jumping HARD on the floor somewhere above us and just people tromping around and slamming doors.

Reception was very helpful. The room was clean and had a lovely, strong, fast-working A/C unit for the hot days we were there. It had a small desk with a chair and another chair in the corner so we had lots of places to sit and room to put all of our baggage. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there was excellent water pressure in the shower, though the temperature did fluctuate a little during showers. There was a hair dryer and a magnified mirror in the bathroom.

The air conditioner in our room leaked; although the front desk sent the engineer twice, nothing he did resolved the problem. It was quite concerning to have the leak and to need to worry that there'd be an electrical problem or that we should keep temperature set to one that didn't exacerbate the leaking. I think that Management should have changed our room, but they didn't offer to do so. We didn't request a change either. We just muddled through our stay. I think this leak is a long term problem that Management was well aware of. They should definitely get it repaired before something drastic occurs.

The breakfast itself was great and the breakfast service was excellent. The breakfast staff (1--same woman each day) was friendly, courteous, and very solicitous; she ensured we had everything we needed/wanted. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. The front desk staff were also courteous, friendly and helpful.

My trip was in July 2025. Munich Main Train station is undergoing renovation so there were many road works being conducted. It made access to the hotel slightly more challenging. The hotel is also located in rougher neighborhood in Munich, but overall people were respectful.

Good location. Walk-able to to the city center. Room and toilet was spacious. Many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Walk-able to many attractions. Good value for money.

One of their staff was quite rude and sarcastic even we were talking to her nicely and just asking something. She probably doesn't know how to multitask?

I like the location as it is near to the central station, there's a lot of restaurant nearby too. I also like one of their receptionist, i think she's a foreigner too. She was so nice and approachable, she even recommended some place or things to do in Munich. She will make sure your vacation will be amazing and comfortable.
