No ac/fan in the room what makes huge discomfort in hot, summer days and also no elevator so it's worth to remember.

Location is very nice, easy checking and key pickup. Room and bathroom were very clean and all amenities were okay too :) great for short stay

Steps. No elevator. Get ready for a step class at least twice a day.

Location. Close to transport and riverside venues. Easy access to public transport for getting around the city. Cafe and bakery across the street. Laundry around the corner. Good value for money.

Very clean, very central, all good except you can hear the other guests so if they are noisy you have a problem.

Some basic things were not working (e.g. side table light) or were not in the room (e.g. extra quilt in bed). We contacted the property and they ended up solving it, but not until the second day of our stay.

Not actually a negativ thing, but there are a lot of narrow stairs, no elevator, who has a leg problem might consider it.... :)

It was everything I needed, for a short trip it was perfect. The neighbourhood is surprisingly quiet - it was carneval season in Cologne.... The downtown is less than 10 min, just like the Chocolate Museum... If you are looking for a budget-friendly trip, I can recommend you this place :)

The room was ultra basic, a kettle and hairdryer would be a nice touch. Especially for the price, but I guess you're paying for the city.

The shower room doesn’t close properly, and water spills all over the floor. I requested two separate beds, but they were given pushed together. We separated them ourselves and found dirt and broken glass underneath. The next day, during cleaning, this was not cleaned, instead, the beds were just pushed back together. The pillows are terrible – it’s impossible to sleep on them.

We didnt know that our room key is secured with a password! We couldnt receive any notes,mails or warnings about it. After minutes after being outside at the cold weather in Cologne, our call was answered. They send the code for us.

It was fine, it will be better if they renovate something. Beds are fine, hot water and indivudual rooms, Safe and secure I did not have anything bad about security.

no lift, no tv and the street outside was a little noisy.

Directly across from the hotel, is the cafe wolf, which is open from 6.30 am and does coffee, pastries and sandwiches. The location of the hotel is good, with a 7 minute walk to the Rhine and 5 minutes from lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The Cathedral is visible from the hotel and is around a 15 minute stroll. There is a small bar around the corner on the next street called 'casino' which is freindly To gain entry, we were sent a code on day of arrival, which we entered into key box outside to get key to door and room
