suggestion for improvement: there were no Coffee or Tea options at the room. Also the bathroom area of the room, compared to the rest of the hotel is a bit old-fashioned. It’s functional though.

Had an overnight stay here, while traveling. 6 EV chargers available on the terrain. Great spa facilities. 2x sauna, steam cabin, 2 pools and an area where there was salt air (didn’t work this time though). Towels and bathrobe were provided. We’ve had a nice dinner at the bar area. There is also a restaurant for fine dining (but we didn’t go there). The room was great for one night. Well organized breakfast (lots of options).

The parking is not gated nor secured, the hotel is only accessible by car and they charge another 6.5€ separately as parking fee, should be part of the room charge. We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 kid, but 3 weeks before arriving they told we must pay another 20€ charge for a separate bed for our son, but the bed turned out to be a floor mattress where he barely could fit, they initially tried to put us a baby cot for our 7 years old. All this rather than set a roll away bed in a larger room, while the hotel was mostly empty, quite shameless and poor service unfortunately rather usual in Germany. Our roomdid not have a phone, so we had to walk back to the reception to get any service....

Quiet hotel and room, quite good breakfast, spa was wow! 2 pools, one indoor and one outdoor, and another underground level for the spa itself with many sauna's and treatments. The hotel parking has 6 E chargers.

The room is a bit outdated, looks relatively old. Very slow elevator and only one works.

No drinking water in the SPA ,it is very dangerous. No towels for change. No drinking water in the gym. No towels. I recommend to bring water with you

There was no information in the room regarding the Spa or Restaurant. Apparently, the Spa was open starting at 10:00 but when we arrived at 10:00 it was full of people already and there were no more places left. The "warm" items for breakfast were not very warm even though breakfast was open still for another two hours. Shower in room with a high entry and small cabin. Saune was not very warm, although I was there later in the day - ten minutes inside and still did not sweat.

Parking was easy. Check-in and check-out was quick. The selection for breakfast was adequate. Service in the breakfast room was good. The room was clean.

There was no air conditioning in the room, and the showerhead was outdated and far from comfortable. The next day, we ended up showering in the SPA, where everything was in proper order. Checkout was at 12 PM, and we were still packing and getting ready. Suddenly, someone knocked on the door, and without waiting for our response, they opened it. Less than five minutes later, the same thing happened again, even though we had the "do not disturb" sign hanging on the door.

The outdoor pool, SPA, and bar were peaceful and perfect for unwinding on a sunny day. The breakfast was well-organized.

We did appreciate the fact you have got a lot of services for a good price: inside and outside pool, sauna and jacuzzi. breakfast is very good. it is not very close to town but we were aware. room is good and spacious.
