The Hayat sky is super nice place to visit Europe park and Rulantica. The room is not big, but clean and comfortable, the location is excellent, the staff is super nice, the there is a roof bar restaurant which makes a perfect end of the day, with a dinner in a romantic place just few floors above. Definitely recommend!

1. There wasn’t a kettle in the room. 2. They didn’t change the dirty glasses/cups on a daily basis. 3. There was no safe in the room 4. Air con in the room was intermittent 5. The shower made the whole bathroom wet

It was in a good location and the restaurant at the top was lovely to sit in, in the evening. Parking was convenient outside, but quite compact in the garage below the hotel. Staff (especially reception) were friendly.

The bathrooms are smelly and if someone showers then the whole bath is useless because the water will be everywhere! No security as the door is open and anyone can access the floors with most of the times the front desk is empty!

The hotel was clean and good value for money. Since our aim was to go to Europa park, the hotel was very close and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. 3 mins by bus to the main gate of Europa-Park and 15 mins walk. There is a very nice restaurant on 3rd floor -Fenix- which we had our dinner and the food was Amazing. The whole atmosphere for both the hotel and restaurant is so relaxing, peaceful and amazing. it is also family friendly and have great family rooms.

Very nice staff at reception, varied breakfast. We had a little bit of a bad room, right next to the reception and it was a bit noisy in the evening, but overall slept well as the beds and pillows are good quality.

This is a personal opinion: when taking a shower, the water from the shower goes everywhere in the bathroom and can become very slippery. It might be helpful to consider using a screen to prevent water from splashing outside of the shower area.

there was no closet for 4 ppl family. Once you open your suitcases the room is messy. No counter space in the bathroom for toiletry. No shower door, which leaves you with water all over floor. I did not expect to have a hotel room on the ground floor.

Breakfast typically German, so English not catered too well for. So rather expensive for next to nothing. No water in the bedroom, only coffee machine, ok if you like coffee! Otherwise a classy hotel, with regular 'free' buses into Europa Park.

Lovely trendy/stylish room. Pretty quiet location. Knowledge from reception staff very pleasing. Ideal walking distance to both Europa Park & Lidl!

Although the room was cleaned daily, our room supplies weren't replenished (coffee, sugar, shower gel etc.). However, the reception staff were helpful and gave us some sugar when asked. I ended up buying my own supplies in the supermarket.

Great location for Europa Park. It's a 15 minute walk to the park entrance but you can exit the park and re-enter through the Bell Rock Hotel (which is directly opposite the Hayat Sky Hotel). It's also close to both supermarkets (Lidl and Edeka), which is very handy. Every staff member we spoke to was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The rooftop bar was amazing. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and intend to stay here for future Europa Park breaks.

The room was small for a family of 4. No place for the luggage. Very small closets are available. The room isolation was poor, if you have noisy people around, you will hear everything.

Great location for those who want to go to Europapark. Parking is available for 10€ per day. Supermarkets are within 5 walking minutes.

The rooms are new and big, I loved the shower and the material for the floors. Staff were awesome and good, the only small issue I had the below was little hard but thy might have other below I didn’t ask them!, overall I highl ( recommend ) you to try this hotel.

There was a problem with heating, as we couldn't adjust the right temperature (read couldn't turn on heating).

Room was clean and spacious. Stuff is pretty helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good and Fenix restaurant is not bad at all. Underground parking is a bonus for the location.

It's not something I didn't like, just a suggestion for improvement. We stayed in the family room with our three small children, and there was only one small trash can in the bathroom. It would be nice to have another trash can that was a little bigger, because with children there are diapers, food packaging, etc., and the small trash can in the bathroom is not enough.

The hotel is new, nice interior design,the bed is super comfortable.
