We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

You can’t get any closer to the Sylt boardwalk. Our room had balcony with the beach basket chair and was on the dune/beach side. The hotel provides a paid parking space and the 5th floor has an indoor pool and lovely area to look at beach when weather makes it uncomfortable to be on the beach.

Super breakfast and amazing roof top bar with incredible view. Unfortunately had no time to use the spa, but it looked really cool - Weill definitely give it a try next time :-)

SwitzerlandThe only thing is - if your room is facing the parking lot and not the sea it is not a great view... so make sure to book anything facing west.
Whenever I come back to Sylt for the Petro Surf Festival I like to stay at the Wyn. Strandhotel Sylt. There are better and more luxurious hotels on the island but this one tick all the boxes also when you are traveling with a slightly smaller budget. It's a great compromise, on the seafront bang in the center of Westerland.
