Our room with balcony had a fantastic view. Offered tea and cake when we arrived. On the river for a wild swim. Local restaurant few minutes walk away. Whole place had a lovely welcoming feel. Fab cycling routes

We had a lovely stay and wish we booked at least another night. The place was extremely clean and tidy, in a very quiet town on the river. We had a pleasant sauna in the evening and a nice breakfast in the morning, absolutely a relaxing experience.

Lovely location on the river, spacious clean room with a view of the river from the balcony. Easy to contact owner when we arrived. Just pick up the phone and you get an immediate answer. Coffee freely available. A really nice outdoor seating area. A plus was that my washing was done at a small cost. Traveling in a motorcycle this was a plus. Nice motorbike roads popular with locals. Evening meal at a local Gasthof was a short walk away along the riverside.

Beautyful location, with a nice terrace on the river. The staff is friendly and available. The room was very comfortable and warm. The parking place in front of the hotel makes it easy and safe

The room was very warm and even though we opened the windows, it really would benefit from aircon, or at the very least, a floor fan. Other than that, everything else was spot on.

Fabulous location set in a quiet valley right on the river side, with ample parking and a very good breakfast The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Room was extremely spacious (we took a slightly larger room (Silver Room) as we had our dog with us, and he's quite large. There was free Tea and Coffee in the room as well as free tea and coffee in the breakfast area. There was also free 'welcome' cake which was a nice touch. There was also a refreshment area where you can purchase beers, wine, soft drinks and snacks. As well as the breakfast area, Outside there is a very nice small terrace, which, as we had the dog, we made use of for an evening glass of wine and also at breakfast. From the Terrace, there are some steps that lead down to a paved path that goes along the river side. This made for a nice evening walked down to a Bar/Restaurant where we had dinner on the terrace as the sun set. Our Hotel Host had mentioned that the menu here was basic but good food. He wasn't wrong, the food was very good value for money and the portions sizes were more than adequate. As the Sun set, the entire river side is lit by coloured lights which made it even more enchanting.

Lovely location over looking the Lahn. Very peaceful with super nice bedding. Everything was clean and of a high standard. Staff were also very friendly at this family- run hotel. Breakfast was very good with the option to sit out on the terrace overlooking the river. Exceptional hotel and the nicest on our trip so far.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The manager was so friendly and accommodating, the rooms were perfectly clean, and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. We can’t wait to come back!

We performed a last minute booking. Everything was working perfectly. We were well welcomed and the hotel was so nice. The room is very confortable. Breakfast was very nice. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel Staff was very friendly and provided all needed information A place to recommend.

There is nothing that we did not like. I am only disappointed we had one night here!

I had an early flight so I left before breakfast was served. However the dining room was well-stocked with snacks readily available, and a coffee/espresso machine available 24/7. Very thoughtful options for travelers! This is located in a beautiful area; we stayed in the apartment and had a view of the river, which was just gorgeous. The apartment is large and has everything you would need for a comfortable home-feels stay. I will 100% return to stay here the next time I am in the area!

Absolutely loved the deluxe/junior suite. Very comfy beds, clean. Gorgeous view. And the staff was very friendly and ready to answer questions/help out where needed.
